They messed up by telling me my new car had uconnect capabilities and after the purchase and all, realized it didn't. Their response "there's nothing we can do now".

Spoke to Nick, the Service Advisor. While I didn't have my vehicle serviced there yet, I recently found this car online and purchased it as an A to B car until the market cools down on used cars - private party sale, and I called for information on recent services, so that I can understand what has been done at this point, and what I still needed to do, and address any potential areas of concern from prior visits. They refused to return $2750 for a warranty that I never used and charged me $600 for fake magic Freon because according to them my air conditioner would not work without this magic Freon which MOPAR said is a lie.
