Purchased new Ram with the help of Jordan Lockhart(salesman) this past Saturday. Jordan was great to work with he didn't pressure us at all and took the... time to show us multiple trucks.. Everybody at the dealer was very friendly.

Shopping for a new SUV and decided to stop at Kunes to look at the Jeep Grand Cherokee. Joe the salesman was very helpful in showing the various options... available and the inventory available. We went for a test drive and he provided me the purchase price for the selected vehicle. There was no pressure sales. I contemplated the purchase of this vehicle and a day later went back and purchased the selected vehicle. the sale and trade in of my existing car was quick and problem free. I would recommend Kunes for a purchase of a new vehicle.

Bought a used GMC SIERRA with help from Don Dragonitti. Tried out couple of pick ups, eventually choose the Sierra, Don was very helpful and knowledgeable... and made my choice easier, the whole process only took two hours. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend the Kunes dealership in Elkhorn and be sure to ask for Don.

Went in to purchase a used 2011 Camaro. Dealt with William who at first seemed great. It wasn’t until I needed service work done (which should have been... done before I left with the vehicle) that things turned south. The TPM sensor was out since I purchased the vehicle, I also wanted an oil change as an incentive William gave me 5 free oil changes. When I messaged him about a time he told me 11am was the earliest I could get in. A minute later he told me 1:40pm when I asked why he very rudely said see you tomorrow at 1:40pm. When I questioned customer service he threw in my face how he was fixing my car for free, and that he already gave me 5 free oil changes. Absolutely horrible customer service. Would not recommend dealing with William to anyone looking to purchase from kunes country elkhorn!

I had a good experience with Mark, Peter, and Robert at Kunes Elkhorn. There were a few small issues along the buying process but the team did everything... to help me and get it resolved as quick as possible. So far I love my jeep and would gladly go back in the future.

This dealership misled me about the price of the car. I found later that the car could have been obtained for a considerably reduced price. They were not... knowledgeable about the operation of the car play or other electronics. The electric hybrid had many glitches. Irregularities in the charging system, the lift gate would randomly malfunction, the Car Play would malfunction. They were not able to help with car play problem. I had to figure out work arounds. Contact with Chrysler resulted in unnecessary purchase of a new iPhone as they told me in error that my phone was too old and not comparable with the system. The dealership was not helpful and would not accept return of the car. A month later I took the car to another dealership and they updated the software. Shouldn?t Kunes updated the software before they sold the car? Shouldn?t they know how the Car Play system works and explain the limitations? Make sure to hold out for a good price.

Our caliper seized on the highway at the start of a long family road trip, and we limped into their dealership with a smoking hot rotor late on a Saturday... morning. Although we didn't have an appointment, they were able to squeeze us in and repair the vehicle in just a couple of hours while we waited. We were on the road and managed to salvage our first day of vacation, which would have otherwise been missed altogether. This was an amazing feat on a weekend in the middle of the day, and without an appointment. Great service and a job well done!
