One star because zero is not an option.

One star because zero is not an option. Looking at a car with a MSRP from the manufacturer that shows 41912. Deal comes out say MSRP is 47k. Then the most unprofessional sales manager I’ve had the displeasure of ever dealing with says back months ago that is what it was so basically ignore the actual sticker on the car. Then he proceeded to tell me I should have not played games when I bought my trade and was over charged and I wouldn’t be so upside down. Actually we had a hurricane damaged car that we traded that caused us to be upside down but I guess his smug attitude makes him the expert on every car deal in history. I asked them to lose my number to which he replied the feeling is mutual. Real professional. Jacobs should be proud to have someone with his horrible attitude and passive aggressive comments representing them.

Sold me a flood damaged gmc van.

Sold me a flood damaged gmc van. Have pictures. Brought back purchased a transit van. Discovered a few weeks later that it has serious roof damage.Have pics of this also and a large red bench vice was removed from the van before it was delivered to me. Was in the pics on there site. Was not given what I paid for the first van towards the second. Was charged fees and other charges that not warranted. Management at both locations knew about the bench vice. Never a call back from anyone. Management claiming no responsibility for anything and not going to fix roof damage on current van. Their so called inspection process not so much. Very frustrating and disappointing service from them. Buyer beware.

After a multiple calls with sales manager Jason I was

After a multiple calls with sales manager Jason I was told everyone qualified for 4.99 apr for the outlander sport right now through Mitsubishi regardless of credit. So I bring my mother in law and father in law in to take a look. Again I asked the salesman about the 4.99 and he assured me that everyone will get a 4.99 apr period. So we then applied for said vehicle to find out that was a lie. It is on a tier system. At this point the finance manager came out and told me they miss spoke and that there is nothing they can do. I explained that his sales manager and sales person both told me the same thing. He said they must have not read the information from Mitsubishi and it is what it is. So they bait and switch to get you to apply and run your credit bringing your score down and tell you to call the credit bureau to see what they will do to remove it because they are not doing anything. They didn’t even try to fix the situation they just tell me it is what it is. After everything the salesman tells me that it was 4.99 for everyone but it stopped because they sold most of the inventory they had and the finance manager knew that and had them lie. Even after he spoke with Mitsubishi he still chose to come out and lie to our face rather than tell the truth and apologize. I will be reporting them. Please do not do business with Jacob’s Mitsubishi. They used to be a great honest company before when we purchased 2 other vehicles from them

The staff were super friendly which made the appointment

The staff were super friendly which made the appointment very welcoming. The atmosphere was great and comforting. Absolutely no pressure to buy any vehicles nor the add on packages they have to offer. The salesmen (Sergei and Ernesto) were professional with a kick of humor that made my appointment very much at ease. The manager, Ricardo, was awesome as well. He answered all my questions and made me feel assured I made the right decision purchasing a vehicle from them. I will most definitely buy another in the future from Jacobs Mitsubishi & Vinfast!

I can't say enough positive things about my experience

I can't say enough positive things about my experience dealing with Jacobs Mitsubishi, specifically Dustin and Ashley in the vehicle buying center. They were fair with the offer to purchase my vehicle, made the process fast and efficient for me while respecting my time, and followed through with everything they said they would do (I left some items in the vehicle and they retrieved them for me plus they paid off my loan quickly.) Dustin and Ashley are both extremely professional and knowledgeable. I would absolutely work with them again and will refer others. Thank you again Dustin and Ashley - you're both awesome and make a great team!! Deal with them in full confidence!

The sales staff was excellent to work with.

The sales staff was excellent to work with. Xavier answered all my questions to my satisfaction. He was there to greet me when I arrived and made me feel like family. Ernesto helped me with the transaction and handled the paperwork quickly.
