STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
WORST DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER DELT WITH!!!!!!!! Start car buying process with them last weekend within a matter of 5 days they did 12 HARD INQUIRIES into my CREDIT, Then said it was my fault because I had my credit reports locked, So I called all 3 Credit Reporting Companies, they said there is no reason why they Auto Source couldn't pull my credit. Even tho its locked they said credit reports can be pulled, I was told a Credit Lock and Freeze are 2 different things so what ever the Dealership was telling me wasn't TRUE. MY Opinion stay away from this Dealership unless you want Multiple credit inquires on your CREDIT REPORTS, JUST SEEMS LIKE A SHADY DEALERSHIP. Bought lots of cars over the years, NEVER took this long to buy a car and still not get any CLOSER to buy a car. BUYER BEWARE

Dear George: Thank you for reaching out to us about your experience. It's unfortunate we were not able to help you. When we initially pulled your credit, your credit portfolio was on a FULL FREEZE. That means were are unable to see your credit score (it's basically a blank sheet with your name on it) or even send it to any banks. We could not do anything for you until you got that removed. Once you had the freeze removed, we then were notified that you had a FRAUD ALERT with no number listed for any bank to verify your identity. Unfortunately, no banks will extend credit under these circumstances. Our team contacted you on multiple occasions to advise of this situation. Banks will not extend credit if they can not verify your identity. We only sent your credit to 4 banks and all of them advised us of this situation. We did not send you to 12 banks because we do not have twelve banks that would qualify you for a loan. I'm sorry that we were unable to help you, but this is truly due to your credit and not us. They gave me the best deal for my totaled/junk car. Just had to give them some time to decide. They got a wrecker out quickly and gave me cash for it right away.

Great experience after buying 2 cars
I have purchased two vehicles from Autosource and I have had a great experience both times. After 2 years from the first purchase I was never hassled by a salesman, honest pricing and easy to deal with. Their online prefinancing was very easy and there was always great communication between my family and the owner and salesman. I didn't hesitate to go back and meet with the owner to purchase a second vehicle. Again easy, no hassle deal and vehicle was well worth the price. I was happy both times with the honest approach with both purchases. Even after the sales Autosource employees have kept in contact and want to make sure I have been happy with my vehicle. Family environment and I will go back again for my vehicle needs.

Bait and switch BEWARE!
Spent the better part of the day on the phone with the salesman named John Gowan. John give me a great deal of information and emailed me a proposal for a 2002 Altima I excepted his deal and gave him a $2000 deposit via my credit card My daughter was quite excited to get this car Following day I called to arrange delivery and John was completely unapologetic one is David my manager decided to raise the price of the car by almost 25% You can imagine my disappointment when they suggested that we buy all the cars on their lot

This vehicle was currently going through our reconditioning process, mechanical inspection and had been posted on our website with no photos and the below description - JUST TRADED IN. LOCAL TRADE-IN, ONE OWNER, CERTIFIED AUTOCHECK VEHICLE HISTORY REPORT, LOW LOW ACTUAL MILES!, THIS VEHICLE IS A CASH CAR ONLY - NO FINANCING AVAILABLE!, Altima 2.5 SL, 4-Speed Automatic with Overdrive, 16" Aluminum Alloy Wheels, Bose AM/FM Stereo w/6-Disc CD, CD player, Illuminated entry, Leather Seat Trim, Remote keyless entry, Security system, Speed control. Odometer is 95243 miles below market average! http://www.kbbreport.com/x0luz 23/29 City/Highway MPG This vehicle had no ADVERTISED photos listed and was priced originally at $3473.00 plus tax, tag and title. The vehicle was currently (If you read above) going through our inspection process. During the inspection process, the vehicle was determined to have a few major mechanical problems. You were very pushy and wanted to leave a deposit on the vehicle as you advised us that you were purchasing for your daughter. Our salesperson took the refundable deposit (late afternoon on November 13th) and then immediately notified you the following morning of the problem and that we were unable to honor the price or even sell you the vehicle due to the severity of the repairs. We notified you so quickly that we never even ran your deposit or any paperwork was consummated. We could not in good faith sell you a car with major mechanical problems that we were aware of. I think you were more upset that we did not sell you the vehicle at the advertised price. Quite frankly, we ended up wholesaling the vehicle due to all the unrepairable problems. It was a 2002 Nissan Altima and we normally never sell vehicles of this age. The Bait and Switch did not happen because we never sold you a vehicle or offered you another vehicle on our lot. Again, sorry you weren't able to buy the vehicle, but I am thankful we didn't sell it as it was not safe to drive. Good experience
It was a satisfying exprience buying a car with them. Nolan was great and very open and honest about everything and trying to make sure i got the best deal. Everyone there was great and i had nko issues purchasing a car through them.
