    I am a recently divorced female and had never purchased a vehicle on my own. I was very apprehensive about even trying to buy a car without a man with me but to my surprise the prices were posted and the few question that I had were answered promptly and courteously. Long story short it was a most pleasant buying experience and I would recommend anyone considering purchasing a vehicle to buy from Joe Cooper Toyota.

    Needed to get some work done on a car. I went to visit despite having a bad feeling about this place from phone conversations. I asked one question and got six different answers. After their inspection some of the recommended repairs did not make sense. The tires had mud on the side walls and we were told we needed new tires because of dry rot. Ha ha the tires were bought last year. One of the mechanics was perched at the service desk the whole time we were there. Most service departments at dealerships are very busy. Not this one.needless to say I am not having my car worked on there. It is sad because it is the only place close.who is to say they even do the work.They put you in a waiting room and take your car to where you cannot see what they are doing.I don't trust people like I once did

    I sent the dealership an email stating I was interested in a silver 2013 Malibu. I received a text message saying they had it. So the next day I called and spoke with Frank. He told me they had the vehicle but they didn't. Frank said it was still in their inventory but it wasn't on the lot. They had to report it stolen. So of course I was upset but I understood it was beyond their control. Well 30 minutes or so later I receive another call from.Frank asking if I was interested in the 2013 Malibu and I said yes. He said they did in fact have the 2013 but the 2012 was missing. I filled out a credit application online and let Frank know I was on my way to Wichita Falls to work a deal. He said okay and we took off on our 2 hour drive. When we arrived at Joe Cooper and the silver 2013 Malibu was at the front. I called Frank to let him know I was outide and I saw the car. He says It's still out there? i said yes! He was like they just sold it. So instead of being up front with me he let me drive 2 hours just to give me the run around. My family and I waited about 30 minutes on Frank to come out and show us other vehicles. He never did!!! I guess my money was as green as ghe other people receiving customer service. Ho.estly, no one came out to help us at all!!! We ended up driving down the street and making a deal on a 2014 Malibu with way less miles than the one at Joe Cooper.
