From the very beginning Anthony was very impressive! He sent a video when I couldn't be there to see the vehicle and it continued on from there. He listened to my needs and was able to make me very comfortable. I love my car and will be going back for my next one!

Jonathan Hidalgo - Exceptional
I'll preface this by saying I have been purchasing/leasing from Infiniti from this dealership since 2004. when they were located in Bonita Springs. I have seen sales rep come and go, and then I started working with Jonathan. I have to tell you that he is not just about the sale, but about building a lasting relationship. A lost art these days. He's always stayed in touch with me throughout the years to ensure I'm still excited about my ride and reminding me he's available to assist me if needed. He pays attention to what's important to me, the consumer, so much so, that this year, he pre-selected two new 2020 Q50's that he thought would suit me; sent me two videos (made just for me) and gave me a full tour of the vehicles and their features. I was blown away. The next day, he drove to my new car to my doorstep! Knowledgeable in all facets, taking his time to show me all features, and paperwork was a breeze. Can't say enough about this fine gentleman!
