I purchase the used Mercedes SLK and I was more been satisfied with dealership and the salesman Josh. I was treated with dignity and respect and I felt totally comfortable with the salesperson and the dealership . I bought the Mercedes as and as is deal and even though I had some difficulties with the car after the purchase Josh and the the service department took care of it promptly and correctly maintaining a reputation of Naples Infiniti. I bought a used Mercedes and Joshua was my salesman. I enjoyed working with him I was treated with dignity and respect and he didn't high-pressure me to buy. I went there solely to purchase the Mercedes and I feel he was honest and upright in his representation of the car I had purchased the car as is and even when I had some difficulty after I got home Joshua made sure that the issue was taken care of and that the representation of your dealerships was kept intact. I had a lot of fun with him joking about me purchasing a Mercedes as I think he was surprised I highly recommend Naples Infiniti and I would highly recommend Josh as a Salesman.
