I was looking to acquire a new car with a trade in of my 2013 Acura RDX 4WD Tech model. I had done internet and in person reviews of the 2020 Acura RDX and Lexus NX300 as well as the Infiniti QX50. I had heard many good things about the Naples Infiniti dealership and their reputation for customer treatment from friends who had purchased cars from them. Once I personally met Jonathan Hidalgo and the team at Naples Infiniti and inspected the 2020 Infiniti QX50 I was certain I wanted this car. The entire team from sales, finance and service met my full expectations.

We noticed a certified pre-own QX60 on the web and send an email to get more info. Victor contacted us and we made an appointment to come and see the car. When we arrived Victor had the car out front for us to see in the daylight which was nice. No waiting. We then spend about an hour test driving and having Victor going over all the safety features on the vehicle. He was real informative and didn’t come off as a salesman. This was the 5th dealer we visited and by far Victor and the whole team here was in a class above everyone else we dealt with. Victor made us feel like we were getting a good honest deal on a great vehicle. After Victor sold us the car we had to deal with the worst part of buying a car for us. Talking to the finance department.. Luxon did his job very professional and once again we felt we were treated very well. Luxon and Victor make a great team and because of these 2 professionals make Naples Infiniti a awesome dealship. After visiting various dealerships of different brands and getting quotes that were higher than the advertised deals I ended up calling Infiniti of Naples. This is when I started dealing with Tony which was extremely helpful and had me sold over the phone with the way he handled the situation. When we arrived at the dealership we were welcomed with smiles from Tony, lux and Preston. The vehicle we wanted was fresh off the truck and had not been PD I’d this is when I met James or the head tech for the service department. He stayed after hours to inspect the car and make sure it was all in order and that we would take the car we went to pick up. This alone made my hair stand up.We went ahead and started to do all of the paperwork necessary while the car was being cleaned up for delivery. Out of the many years and many cars that I have at least this is hands-down the best experience I have had.
