Proactive and fantastic response and service

Pleasant and painless
I was truly dreading the thought of having to go buy a new car. However, from the moment I met Bryan Neitz my fears and apprehension vanished. He and Preston were true professionals. Bryan was completely transparent and truly listened to my needs throughout the entire process. I did not pay a single penny more than what he had originally quoted me. I felt respected, appreciated and truly valued as a customer, but more importantly as a person.
