Great experience

This is the first time purchasing an Infiniti. We have always purchased one of “the big three” vehicles due to working for them. From the initial contact with our salesman John Lawson, what a great experience. We test drove the car, signed the paperwork, and was out of there within a couple of hours. The experience was such a positive change from what we have dealt with at other dealerships. I would highly recommend using Naples Infinity if you are thinking about purchasing a car.

Horrible Service

Dropped of the car on a Saturday. Front passenger floor was wet due to a leak. I told them to check the AC before because that happens to me on my previous car. I left town on Sunday and was told they would follow up with me during the week. I never received a call from them. I called on Wednesday to ask for the status and was told they we’re getting someone to check on the windshield seal. Was called later to ask me for $185 to fix the problem. I called again Friday and was then told that the windshield was not the problem they found an issue with the AC but it may not be ready by Monday when I needed the car. I asked for a loaner and they told me the would called me back to see if the could have it ready by Monday. I never got a called back. I called twice on Monday and left messages but no one called back. I showed up around 4pm and the service advisor was looking at his phone, I asked for my car and his said they needed to check with the windshield people because they think that’s the problem. What? I asked for my car and left. DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE. It’s the second time I had a bad experience. The first time they had to order parts for repair and they forgot to order them and didn’t have notes in the system. Never called back, I called a second time and once again they have forgotten to place the order. They are horrible! Almost forgot the lady on the phone is rude.

Best car buying experience!!

John for president!

John was a super salesman - not pushy at all. He was very knowledgeable about my car. I was looking for a Toyota and lucky for me, they recently had someone trade one in. I took it for a spin and decided to trade my old Rav in for a newer model! John had all the papers and nearby sales of the same car so I knew I wasn't getting the runaround. Best experience I've ever had buying a car. Thanks for the hospitality, John!! I'll be back again!! So will my dad next month :)

Best Car Purchase Experience Ever!!!

My wife and I are absolutely delighted with the vehicle and the purchase experience. The attention to detail and quick response to questions were the most impressive aspects of Cullen's service. Bluntly, we spent significantly more than we planned, but we are happy that Cullen helped us see that the extra expense provided a better value for our investment.

A great experience.

Overall, my experience with Naples Infinity and my sales representative (Robert) was exceptional. I live on the east coast of FL and Robert took detailed videos and provided informative narrative of the car. When I drove over...it was EXACTLY as represented. It was a great experience for us and I can’t say enough about Robert and the entire Naples Infinty team.

Easy and accommodating

From the moment I walked into this dealership I got a wonderful impression. The front desk receptionist was kind and helpful, the show room is beautiful and clean, and every member of the team smiles and greets you as you pass. Robert was outstanding. He was informative and never felt aggressive. I was unable to purchase the car on my first visit, but Robert was consistent in his follow up. I never felt overwhelmed but rather I thought he sincerely wanted to help me get into a vehicle. We were able to make a deal and Robert and Corri had everything ready to go when I arrived. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone!

A lot of bang for your buck!

This is the only time I have re-newed a lease with the same brand and I have had several cars in the past. The Infiniti Q50 Luxe offers a lot of bang for your buck, its a great luxury sedan with enough pep to get you where you need to go quickly & safely!
