Excelent experience

Best car buying experience! Best price and customer service out , they delivered what they promised , they kept the advertised price online. Preston Reeder, a bright star at Naples Infinity

I was given a very fair offer on my car by Preston Reeder. He was quite pleasant, professional and focused on providing the best experience I could ask for. I am quite impressed by his attention to detail and his overall attitude and knowledge of my vehicle. This is clearly a young man who has the skills needed to connect with the customer and seemed quite thoughtful as he worked with me. I would have to say that he is an exemplary General Sales Manager and that this company should truly value his contribution. Five stars for Preston Reeder!

Amazing Sales Experience

My husband and I have purchased Infinity cars and SUV since early 1990's. Naples Infinity was extremely pleasant, no pressure, no stress purchase experience. We let Bryan Nietz ours Sales Person know we had very little time to spend to trade our Infinity SUV for a new QX60. Bryan went over what he could do for us and then took information to Preston Reeder. With a few adjustments we where ready to take our new QX60 home.. We where in and out probably within an hour. Just an amazing sales experience. We highly recommend Naples Infinity...5 plus stars !!! The SUTTON's Naples, FL

Thank you so much to Naples Infiniti for such a seamless process! My husband and I are going home in a beautiful Q50, and it couldn’t have been easier. We got in touch with Antoine ahead of our visit, because we were driving from St. Petersburg. The professionalism he presented along with his offer made driving 2 hours away from the St. Pete/Tampa dealerships a no-brainer. He had everything prepared for us, and we were out the door in an hour. This was a truly pleasant experience.

Trustworthy, Classy, and Professional

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! I had past experiences with car dealerships that have made me wonder if it was possible to live in a remote area and walk, rather than deal with buying another car. Terrible experiences to say the least. Working with Luxon Estiverne and the general manager Scott Roland at Naples Infiniti has 100 percent turned that around and instilled in me that it is possible to have CLASS, TRUST and professionalism in the same sentence as car and dealer! From the first initial call I made to inquire to the very last button I was being showed how to use on my new QX30, I was never pressured, never rushed, and always advised by them with a financial understanding I didn’t know was possible in a car buying scenario. Luxon and Scott exceeded my expectations and I am thrilled to own my second Infiniti and continue the Infiniti relationship. Guaranteed to be an Infiniti fan for life. Thank you to both gentlemen for first class service and helping me get in a brand new car I wouldn’t be able to own without them!!!! Thinking about getting a different vehicle?... GO SEE THEM!!!

Knowledgeable salesman

Had not planned buying an Infiniti, just went in to take a look. Within 24 we owned a new Qx50. Love it’s beautiful sleek look....not to mention the user friendly ‘state of the art’ electronics, which Is what really sold us. Our sales person, Brian, knows his business. Made our negotiating smooth and worked with us on getting the best deal possible. Thank you!

Great customer service

I contacted Naples Infiniti to compare pricing for a new QX60. I live about 2 1/2 hours from the dealership but I wanted to get the best deal. I'm not into playing games and was quickly assigned to Robert Dorsey and was able to do the entire deal through email. He is very efficient and made the process very easy. Not only did I get the best deal he delivered my car to my front door and took my old one away. Great customer service. This is my 2nd QX60 and I am very happy with my purchase. It is very easy to drive and I love all the safety features. I have been very happy with Infiniti cars and do not plan on changing anytime soon.

Rob is awesome

Rob helped a ton via text message and phone calls since I was 90 minutes away and was great once we got there. He made sure we had everything we needed and made the experience the best car buying experience we’ve ever had
