I’ve been leasing vehicles for a few years now and this time I decided to request quotes from several dealerships. Rob was the fastest to communicate, quoted me the exact vehicle and features I had asked for (you’d be surprised how many sales reps did not do this), and offered a very fair quote with the upmost honesty and fairness. He even drove the vehicle to me with a big red bow on it. We couldn’t be happier to have connected with Rob and make our purchase from him! Robert Dorsey - First Rates Sales Representative
I reside in Cincinnati, Ohio and located a vehicle online at Naples INFINITI that my wife really wanted. I worked with Robert Dorsey to learn more about the vehicle. Robert went out of his way to take videos of the vehicle and send them to me. We negotiated a price for the vehicle, and I booked a flight to Naples to purchase it. Robert was highly accessible and even took the time to speak with me on his day off about my flight and what documentation I needed to provide prior to my arrival. Robert even picked me up at the airport in his personal vehicle and had Starbucks coffee waiting on me. Robert had the vehicle detailed prior to my arrival. He noticed some dirt on the fender of the vehicle after the test drive, and he sent it back to the service department to have it washed and waxed again while we completed the sales transaction. I was highly impressed with Robert's professionalism, attention to detail, accessibility, respectfulness, honesty, and pride in his work. He was fair in negotiations and very concerned about my satisfaction. I would recommend Naples INFINITI, and would highly recommend working with Robert Dorsey. You will be happy you did.

Beautiful Dealership with friendly, courteous staff that are eager to help. We recently got our second INFINITI Q50 from them. We used the same sales person (Jonathan H.) who always exceeds our expectations. He worked hard once again to get us exactly what we were looking for at the best possible value. He went out of his way to come to our house to deliver paperwork and the new car in perfect showroom condition. He patiently went over all the particulars and programmed the settings for us. Pleasantly surprised
With my current lease drawing to an end I was just out fact finding.
