This was easily the most enjoyable car purchase in my life. I submitted my information online for a test drive and within a few hours Anthony had reached out to me to set up an appointment. He and Preston spent time answering all of my questions and searching for the perfect car for me. When it came time to discuss pricing, it felt like an honest and open dialogue between old friends. I never once felt that I was being sold or that I was being pressured into buying the car. I will need to buy a second car soon and there is no doubt that I'll be buying from Naples Infiniti. Preston and Anthony went above and beyond to get me into the exact car I wanted at the price I wanted. They were respectful, honest and professional. I had an excellent experience yesterday at Naples infiniti. Antoine Kirnon spent as much time as I needed to get my affairs in line in order to purchase the vehicle I was looking for. He was kind, reasonable and listened to what I had to say. He was able to work with me to give me a more than fair deal. I would recommend anyone to go back to Naples infiniti to meet with Antoine. Great job! Tyler De Bo is a great service writer as well who is very knowledgeable and detail oriented.

If you are looking for a luxury car, head to Infiniti of Naples and ask for Antoine. His sales approach is helpful and knowledgeable but not aggressive. He delivered the car to our house and we signed all the paperwork at home. He makes it easy. We are on our third Infiniti and continue to be happy. The service is also great. I have come to know James and he is very customer service oriented. If he says, I need new tires, I trust his judgement. I highly recommend Infiniti of Naples and especially Antoine & James.

I do not drive a Infiniti but the service department was nice enough to provide me with service on the Volkswagen Jetta. Tyler DeBo was very pleasant to speak with and was very eager to help me figure out what was wrong with my vehicle at the time. He provided me with information about what was going to be done with my vehicle, set me up with a very nice loaner car and made sure that I knew the directions clearly before I left the premise. I would and will be recommending this facility to family and friends not only for service but for future car purchases, including myself. The service department works in a timely manor and provides updates about your vehicle. Everyone has a great personality and is very upbeat to make sure that your experience there is nothing but the best. I will be servicing my vehicles here for the long run.
