This was my first time buying a car on the internet. The experience was at ease, no wasted time or sale pitch. Our only concern was to get the vehicle shipped since we live out of state. Gerosky and his sales manager Preston was very helpful to get my wife her dream car. They will do whatever it takes to earn your business. Gerosky sent a video of the car condition which was great when considering buying. They gave contact of a shipper that will ship the car. Overall experience was A+!

I have nothing but great things to say about this dealership. I inquired online about a pre owned vehicle that showed up in my feed and again on Cars.com, I received a call back promptly from Cullen. This sales professional did a very nice job in leaving me a detailed message about the vehicle and his personal cell phone to reach him back at my convenience. I did that and made an appointment for that afternoon to view the car. Upon arrival, Cullen already had taken the time to move the vehicle to the front row of the building which was a very nice touch and showed his extra effort. From hello to the test drive, this salesperson was very knowledgeable and very comfortable to speak with showing no signs of desperation, only his willingness to help and answer my questions. During the test drive we enjoyed the top down almost like we were friends for years just out for a spin, however, he did not miss the opportunities to ask me questions that could later help him in his quest to sell me this vehicle, great job. I could go on and on about the great customer experience I had, but I will just say that if you are in the market for a vehicle, do not hesitate for a second to go to Naples Infinity!

Both Gerosky and Anthony help me get car of my dreams, actually a preowned AUDI, from here in North Carolina. They emailed loads of pictures, held the car for me, picked us up at airport....The purchase process was fairly time efficient. We had to drive back that same day, due to work. I got follow up calls, I still love my car, just got the NC plates, and a REFUND CHECK FOR OVERPAID TAXES from the dealer! 👍
