They picked me up at the airport and took me to the dealership where everything was ready. Meagan took great care of me and I would buy from them again!

Erik Beckstrom should mentor all your sales associates. We recently relocated from Northern Illinois...Libertyville...to Geneva National and searched for a new car dealership close to ourGN back door...on Palmer Road. On our way to church each Sunday, we would pass the Buick/ Chevy dealership on #67, thinking that this is an ideal location to establish our needed new car relationship. So, the day I stopped to say "Hi", Erik was at the desk nearest the door. He immediately made me feel comfortable and unthreatened....HE LISTENENED TO MY GOALS FOR A NEW VEHICLE...a two year lease...affordable in a fixed income budget...and something my wife would enjoy driving. I left him with my story/position and he left me alone. His approach gave me the space to think and to return with my wife when WE WERE READY to take the "test drive". He listened to my conservative wife and I stepped into the background. He showed her different price points and related features without any pressure to sell something. She liked the end result in the color she really wanted and in a lease rate that met our budget....so we could travel in our retirement and use the next two years to see if we could move down to one car. We will be back to purchase that next new car in two years, trading in the leased vehicle and our 2006 SRX. We will be looking for Erik to make that next dream a reality. By then Erik will be a KUNES COUNTRY Manager....he is Truth on earth....a rare breed in today's crazy world....because that is what Heaven on earth is all about.... REAL transparency and TRUTH. Scott was a very personable salesmen. Very willing to help us find a car but not pushy like some salesmen can be. Made it very easy to test drive multiple vehicles and made sure we found one that we would be very happy with. Overall a great experience.
