Recently bought a Jeep Renegade, very laid back, Adam and the other extremely nice staff, very attentive,helpful, always returned calls, answered the phone, no hassles, They actually care about their “Customers “ not like the Bigger Dealers, which blow you off, I’m in Mentor,which is quite a drive to Orwell, But it was worth it, ( Even won a 100$ on the Big Wheel show Case Showdown!) We bought a few vehicles over several years and they all were great, next time we decide to upgrade, we will definitely go back to Reels, they are the only dealer we trust because they are totally honest and Dan, the owner is the best, he cares about people and he will do his best to find the right vehicle for you, we will never go anywhere else!

They are the best in the area. Bought couple cars from them they easy to deal and very helpful even if you have a problem with the car they will help you find the parts in very good price and help you with the price on the labor. My next car will be buying from them again

Was shopping for a used car and we stopped in. Owner was a really nice guy and tried to help us find something that would fit our needs. He didn't have anything on his lot at the time but told us he would keep and eye out and even pointed us in to other dealers for possible options. Was very helpful.

I am purchasing a 2000 chrysler concorde. When i first went to reels they were friendly and helpful, but as soon as i began having problems i could no longer get a call back . Everything started going wrong when they didnt get me my title till the 29th day and i had to go pick it up! They were supposed to have fixed the motor on my window but they just rigged it, it still doesnt work and the window clip that holds in the control was broken in the process. i have put so much money into this car: ball joint, drive belt, transmission cable ( shifter cable) brakes, tires, oil change ( although thy swore they "did the fluids") all this and i have only had the car since 2/15 its only 6/19! it brakes my heart to have such a terrible experience with a local business.I wish there was more i could do i wish there were laws protecting consumers of used cars but there isnt in the end all i can say is get everything in writing and get it inspected by your own mechanic before you leave the lot

I didn't expect to enjoy buying a used car from a "Buy Here - Pay Here" lot. Imagine my surprise when I had an EXCELLENT experience at Reel's Auto Sales in Orwell, Ohio. I don't have such good credit, and not much money. I made these limitations clear at the very beginning. Dan Reel worked with me - without judgement about my situation - and was able to put me into a car that met my needs and my taste. He didn't try to steer me into something I didn't want, or couldn't afford. They made sure the car was safe to drive before I left (i.e. working seatbelts, locks), and that it would pass pollution control testing. Because I was able to pay cash, they were able to give me a very good price. However, if had I needed financing, (with 1/3 down),they would have offered a rate of only 15%, with one year same-as-cash. (Interest waived if total paid in one year.) This is FAR BETTER than the 24.99% being offered at other buy-here-pay-here lots. Also, they don't care how bad a person's credit rating is. You just need your drivers license, proof of insurance, and 1/3 down. However, because I am merely recalling their explanation of the financing offer, please confirm details if you buy from them. I will buy my NEXT car from Reel's too!
