Took our car in for a heating/cooling issue under warranty. After diagnosing the problem (Thursday), I was told the parts would be in Saturday and I would... receive a call to schedule an appointment Monday. Monday came and went. I finally called on Wednesday and after talking to 3 different people, figured out the part was in (no one could find the original ticket because it had been left open by the original employee). I was quickly scheduled for Thursday and when I arrived I was told 2 1/2 to 3 hours, 4 max. 6 1/2 hours later my car was finally ready...late I can understand because they ran into issues, but the car was filthy. The outside was dirty which I can get over, but the inside dash (had been taken out and put back together) was covered in dirty hand prints. Very disappointing...

On 10/14/20 - I was having some electrical issues with my 2017 Kia Sedona. I talked to Jeff P. at Service Counter - he had thoughts that it could be my... battery - but maybe I should bring it in and get electrical diagnostic ( no charge for diagnostic if it was the battery ). I had it towed in - Jeff kept me up to date and it turned out to be the battery. They exchanged it and Jeff sent a Lyft driver to pick me up so I could get my car back same day. I really appreciate the Great Service from Jeff and Kia

While picking up my car, a relief person rang me up instead of my normal service advisor for charges vs warranty items and overcharged me and had no idea... what was going on with my car and I feel like I was over charged.
