Ray took really good care of me got me a phenomenal
Ray took really good care of me got me a phenomenal interest rate. Most dealers were trying to sign me up at crazy high interest rates theres was alot less and they got me in a payment that I can actually afford! I've been driving my CRV now for almost 6 months and its been nothing but fantastic! I waited a little while to leave this review and I'm glad I am able to share my experience with everyone. Do not hesitate to check them out if you are looking for a used car!

Ok, it has been over a year and 3 months in with my car
Ok, it has been over a year and 3 months in with my car that i had bought from this dealership coolant went missing 3 times since the first day i had bought the car i had a rattle in the car but only happened when the ac was on or when i reversed the car found out it was the heat shield took it off and was quiet, in the 2nd month after having electrical problems i found out the battery of the car was going bad as it left me stranded twice at the cost of $260 for a new one, also the car key battery to one of them was dead the second one died 3 months in, and 2 months in again with the car the check engine came on for a sensor i had replaced it at the cost $240 October 15-20 was the day i took the car out and December all this started. Then again in December it snowed and noticed water on driver side and backseat floor was really damped, and my car headliner was wet…. The belt i had noticed was going to go soon when i had inspected the car before purchase but i still bought it no problem easy fix for me. What i am trying to say here is things like this shouldn't go bad this fast within a 3 month lifespan on a overpriced car today the car is in great shape from keeping up with the maintenance besides the spark plugs being burnt within 3k miles and ignition coils $120 for sparks and $550 for coils from Infiniti no aftermarket parts no disrespect to the son and the dad they are good guys just was a little annoyed at first I AM NOT TELLING ANYONE TO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM HERE THEY ARE GOOD PEOPLE! just leaving my honest opinion thanks!!

BUYER BEWARE!
BUYER BEWARE! PURCHASE THE EXTENDED WARRANTY OR YOU'RE ON YOUR OWN! Bought a used car for close to $11000, and 3 months later, it developed a "rattle" in the engine due to low oil which was burning through the exhaust with no telltale signs. Ray refused to work with me, wanted $4000 for a rebuilt engine as he made the statement," my son tried to get you to purchase the extended warrantee" They seem like good guys but when it comes to business, its business! PROTECT YOURSELF, don't trust the "good" guy! Funny, he even tells you to look at the reviews...good selling factor!

Hello Susan, we’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and would like to thank you for bringing this to our attention as we take feedback very seriously. Unfortunately, the Subaru Forester you purchased with 98k miles only came with a 30 day guarantee which was expressed thouroughly to you at the time of sale. 3 months after your purchase when an issue arose we sympathized with you and still offered to help you out and get the engine replaced but you refused. I wish every used vehicle we sold lasted forever without any issues however this is not reality and we do not have a crystal ball which is why we encourage all of our customers to highly consider purchasing an extended warranty which we offered to you at cost but unfortunately you declined and decided to roll the dice. It hurts to see you write this review even when we still offered to help you months after your warranty expired but we are still here for you if you need assistance so please feel free to reach out to us at (508)761-4670. No high- pressure salesmen, the cars were immaculate, and they did all the financing paperwork and registration. My granddaughter had a minor issue that was taken care of right away.
