worst service ever! Went two days in a row for there quick service oil change and they told me i had to come back. Went again the next day said they had no available appointment!! It’s suppose to be no appointment needed!!!! Will never go back to this location!!

Excellent warranty service
I have a 10-year-old, high mileage VW TDI that has had the emission repairs performed and has the VW extended warranty. In the past few years it has had some OBDII check engine codes that involved replacement of major (and expensive) components. Each time VW and Cochran service advisors (Joe Mazzocchetti among them) have arranged to have the entire repair covered with never an issue. Everyone has probably heard instances of manufacturers and dealers trying to avoid responsibility under warranties. That is certainly not the case here. VW has gotten a lot of bad press for the emission scandal, but they have stepped up to make good on emissions related warranty repairs without hesitation. Good recovery and exemplary customer service!

Do not go here. I went in April because I was experiencing car troubles. I have some mechanical knowledge but it is not extensive. I was out of my hometown where the mechanics I trust are, and I paid a pretty penny for a full diagnostic review of both the electrical and the body of the car. I was there for six hours, paid an outrageous amount, and that would have been fine if it had fixed the problem in my car. But it didn't. And it didn't even diagnose the problems I was having well. I continued to have problems with my car, went back to my hometown and had my mechanics look at it. Brakes were almost completely rusted out, which should have been caught since brakes don't just rust out in 1-2 months. The map sensor which was supposedly rewired and replaced needed to be replaced--and my mechanics even double checked that after they learned it had been replaced not even 2 months prior. I felt very taken advantage of when I took my car in for service and ultimately felt robbed because I spent good money and thought it was being put to good use when, in fact, it was not. If you need to service your VW, please look elsewhere
