    Whoever runs the service department doesn???t know the meaning of customer service or communications. Scheduled an appointment a week in advance for a... routine inspection on a vehicle we purchased a year before there (sales team is awesome) for what it???s worth. Dropped the car off the evening before...as the apt was to have happened the following morning. After no call from anyone by the end of the day to pick up, I phone them. They said that someone didn???t show to work and the car wasn???t going to be done. I explained I traveled the next day and needed it to be done, and would pick it up at close. Again, no phone call. It???s now an entire 48 hours later from the appointment time and nobody has reached me on status. On hold now waiting to speak to someone...from a call I initiated to figure out why a 2017 Jetta is taking so long to inspect. Don???t take appointments if you can???t keep them. I will no longer bring my vehicle in to be serviced there.

    We worked with Will Curtis. Great experience start to finish. No pressure. Fair price. Fair trade-in value. Financing was easy. They didn't... have the exact car we wanted so they found it at another dealer and had it for us within 24 hours. No pressure to buy add-ons like extended warranty and servicing which I really appreciated it. They provided the details of what was available and the benefits but that was it. I would recommend this dealership and in particular Will to anyone who is in the market for a new VW. Thanks!

    I had an error code on my 2010 VW JSW TDi. I took it in to the dealership and asked to see their "TDI Specialist" Karissa. I told her that it... had thrown a code and it was saying Exhaust Flap A stuck open. She explained that they would run the diagnostics and if it was the case, the fee would be waived and the extended warranty would be honored. CarFax had also sent me a notice that "Snow Flap" recall was needed. Both of these issues were fixed without charge and in a timely fashion. No error codes since then and engine performance is as I would expect it (car has 86,700 m on it.) Next issue was the rear coil springs; I took it in and asked them to look -- both were broken. They were repaired the same day and when I asked to look at the removed parts, they brought them to the counter in a box. I asked a few questions and got them answered. The two guys at the counter, someone new and an older man there to explain the coil problems in many cars these days. It's good to see a "senior" service adviser there! So many new faces these days and not much experience between them, therefore, having someone "in the lead" left me satisfied with the service, the answers, and more confident in the repairs. Best of all, the car handled much better, as you would expect, after new coils were installed. I miss seeing EJ Wheeler at the Wexford VW location... He was one of the best I've ever dealt with, at any dealership, and when you get service that excellent, you stick with it. I'm still not entirely confident with the younger set... they are easy to deal with and very pleasant, but their lack of experience and knowledge of the automotive ins-and-outs shows. I hope, given time and consistency, they will develop what is lacking. For now, it appears more like transience on the part of Cochran's dealerships, to see new faces almost every time I go in. I've worked with Chris Brody here, and this time, it was Tony (neither of their names are on the list below) and alas, I can't remember the name of the senior service writer!

    Mike is great to work with (great sales demeanor and follows up when needed). I traded a 2003 GTI VR6 on a 2018 Golf Alltrack and Mike got us on an excellent... test drive, pulled all the finance options and pulled it all together seamlessly. I absolutely love the car! BTW, the GTI had been purchased from Cochran. Very easy to deal with!!

    Having a 15 year old Eurovan that suddenly would not disengage from park is a little unsettling. Towed to dealership and Joe the mechanic jumped into it... with both feet and repaired what I thought was going to be a long and ardorous process. Nay, it was not and the cost was fair considering the amount of time Joe put into de-cyerf-en the spaghetti system that VW calls wiring. 10 stars + all around for the guys and gals that this old guy dealt with. Thanks for the great service. A dealership that makes you feel like your dealing with your local fixim -up guys.

    Cochran was paid $5700 by an insurance company to fix all oil leaks on a fairly new VW. They had car for 4 weeks. Still leaked! I took it back two more... times and was charged $1100. A very big headache! Took it to district court. Al Carney straight up lied about the circumstances. Judge Wagner kept interrupting me to side with Carney's story. Over and done with now. Don't go there! No wonder their ratings are low!
