Not good. Bad communication. Too busy. Not very honest. Never, never again. This was our second and last VW. Good bye Volkswagon. We will never be back.

Mike Heffley was amazing to work with!! He worked so hard to get us the perfect suv for our family. He was flexible and not pushy. His communication was excellent. I felt very comfortable buying a vehicle from him. He made everything just so easy for us. He is super knowledgeable as well. Mike will go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. I was not easy to work with soo thanks Mike. Haha.

STAY AWAY from this place unless you want to get lied to and jerked around. A salesman name ***BRUCE*** pulled a really dirty move and sold the car that I was the first person to show interest in while showing no remorse or apology to me whatsoever and acted like nothing ever happened. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.

Visit to the service department
I came in for some issues I was having with my 2019 Tiguan. Some warning lights were coming on and I was concerned . So I scheduled a appointment to ease my concerns. My service representative Samuel Williams was very helpful and explained exactly what was going on he was very good at customer relations and is an real asset to the service department. It was a very good experience for me as a customer

Joe explained the proces, dealt with my concerns and all service was right on time. Joe is excellent as a "people" person, public can be a pain the backside. I could have used him back in the day on my work crew.

2 year rust warranty - a joke!
My '09 Rabbit's right rocker began rusting after about 7 years. I took it to Cochran VW North and it was approved for repair at the Cochran Collision Center in Cranberry. It seemed fine until 2 years later when the rust reappeared. Took the car back to Cochran and was told they don't repair the same rust problem again. I later found out that VW only approved a quick fix, not the proper part replacement fix that would have been more expensive. They admitted that in order to have it repaired correctly, the part had to be replaced with new metal parts, not the way they did it. Later, I had the same rust issue with the left rocker. I took the car back to Cochran and was told to come back at a later date because they were closed due to COVID. I waited until this spring, 2021 which was the end of the 12 year period, but was told the car was delivered in OCT. '08, warranty expired! No recollection of my previous visit when they told me to return at a later date. VW rust warranty is useless, a total joke. After all, they need to make up for their TDI debacle.
