    This was the most confusing service visit I ever had at Stevens. I brought my car in for because the anti lock brake light was on. Two hours later they... told me i needed front brakes, brake sensor and a brake anti lock module. They had the brakes but not the sensor and that the module was on back order and had no idea when they would get. I agreed to leave the car to do the brakes and sensor the next day and they told me i would have to pay in advance for the module $845 when i picked up my car. It snowed the next day (Friday) so the parts did not come in and they told me they would do the brakes and sensor on Saturday. When I picked up the car Raul said i was all set to go and did not review the invoice. When i looked it over it stated the brakes and sensor were done and that a recall was performed and nothing about the brake module. So i am not sure if i really needed one or if i have anti locking brakes? When paying the cashier (Joanna) who was not very friendly, i asked where was my car, she just pointed to the door. When i walked out side the door i could not find my car and thanks to what of the guys moving the loaner car, took me to my car which was in the back lot. I purchased my car here in 2011 and have done all the maintenance on it here and now looking to buy another car but this experience leaves me wondering where to go to buy one.

    21,000 mile check. Facility clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Only extra was a change of the dirty cabin filter. Would recommend... Stevens Ford.
