Made a deal with Bob on a Saturday and he was to email me an invoice to purchase. After waiting till noon on Mondau I did not hear back so I called and... Bob tells me how he was going to call to inform me they sold it. BOB WE HAD A DEAL and you as the sales manager should have never let that happen. It was a done deal. Seems one of the other shady sales people had a friend interested and called him to get to the dealership and buy it. My opinion very poor business. This dealership has no morals and not trustworthy.. stay away from Mershons.
Another Great Purchasing experience. These are greatest guys to buy from if you are looking for a Classic. Super service after the Sale. Buy from Corey... and Shelby. Thanks Guys.
I came in from out of state because Mershon's had a good inventory of C2 Corvettes. I dealt with Bryan who was extremely knowledgeable. He actually steered... me away from a couple of examples. Bryan was a pleasure to deal with, and I would buy from this dealer again with little hesitation. Paperwork and shipping were all flawless.
I had a great experience in buying a '66 Corvette Convertible from Mershon's through their salesman Bryan. I live 1500 miles from the dealership, he... described the car very accurately including all flaws. I had an expert from the area examine the car in great detail and his report matched exactly what Bryan said about the car. I had Mershon's add p.s. and bolt on KO's and everything turned out perfectly. Not only was Bryan very professional, he has become somewhat of a mentor answering any question I have had in general about Corvettes. Mershon's prices are well in line with actual values of their cars unlike so many other dealerships that have their prices highly inflated. If you're buying, check them and their inventory out.
I bought the 1960 Corvette at the end of 2015, hence it was delivered to me early 2016. The car was sold as “1960 Corvette Convertible Equipped with its... Original 283/245hp V8 with Proper Dual 4's and 4 Speed Manual Transmission. Options include Original Wonderbar Radio. Proper Reverse Lockout Shifter. A great driving car”. To get it on the road the car needed to pass a technical inspection here in Europe. During this process it needed repairs as. Breaks complete (including master- and slave cylinders). Clutch. King pins and wheel bearings. All tie rods. Rubbers in suspension and between frame and body. None of the gages work, neither Radio. Lockout Shifter broken. Frame welded and repaired with polyester. Body extensively cracked and inexpertly repaired with polyester. Radiator leaked and severe oil leaks from engine and gearbox. Too much to count all. If you think that’s bad….. During the process of getting the car registered as a vintage car the inspector found out that someone has tempered with the engine number. The cast date of the engine is April 1960 however the assembly date is December 1959. They found out that the number has been grinded and stamped again. Even though the engine is period correct, the altered number has turned it into scrap metall. The gearbox is actually from 1962 and the rear axle is minus Positraction. Do I recommend this dealer…………. You must be joking.
Bought a 1966 Corvette C2. Located overseas I was not able to inspect the car in person upfront. Buying process was very smooth - all questions answered... to my full extend, pictures and videos provided as requested. Pickup with a shipping company was very good - Bryan organized everything with the shipping company. Some months later the C2 arrived. At my first test drive I recognized that the clutch and cooler needed immediate attention. I invested to get the clutch and cooler changed. When I informed Mershon's about my issues we had some emails, bills and pictures exchanged. Finally they joined me on the costs. Even though Mershon's did not cover for the complete costs (I have not asked for that anyway) I was very happy with the overall experience. By the time Mershon's joined me on the costs for the cooler and clutch the C2 was sitting thousands of miles away from them. The communication around my issues was very professional and fair and finally they solved it to my satisfaction. Showed me that they care for my issues! If I had the choice today I would by my C2 at Mershon's again!
I have purchased two Corvettes from Mershon’s in the past year and a half and in both instances have been more than satisfied. Working with Bryan in both... cases was a pleasure. He was very responsive to any and all questions I put to him and worked with me to address all my concerns on both cars. I must say that I was somewhat hesitant to buy a car sight unseen, however after the first Corvette was delivered I had no reservations in doing that a second time with Mershon’s. Paperwork for both transactions were a breeze thanks to Corey. Delivery in both cases went smooth and being three states away was what I would rate as prompt. Thanks to all you folks at Mershon’s.
I forgot to add to my previous complaint about these clowns that on the '66 Vette I purchased from them for BIG BIG dollars also DID NOT have ANY GREASE... at all in all four upper and lower ball joints, plus all of the power steering fittings. No grease at all. I had to lube them myself. Also, the speedometer needle is 1/4 inch to the right of zero, so I'm off on the speed as I'm driving this Vette. No wonder everyone was passing me.This means I have to remove the whole instrument panel AFTER removing the whole steering column, in order to get to the speedometer needle and replace it.Of course, there's NO WAY the idiots at Mershons could do work like this....it's all left to me to correct all the crap that I previously mentioned along with this also.I'm absolutely sure I'll other things horribly wrong with this very expensive Vette I bought that I THOUGHT I could go right out and drive instead of working on it all winter.I only hope, since the frame is most likely bent from that accident(after being told it's fine)that I can still get the alignment done ok in this area. You should see how far down that right rear spring is hanging..almost touching the pavement. Yep, nothing's wrong with it..."all factory." Rare, rare, rare. I'm sure this Vette has been sitting in the warehouse for a very long time out there in Ohio...the rust in the master cylinder explains that.
'67 Camro: Over honest to a fault. Byran and Corey were incredibly accommodating. Open to negotiating fair and reasonably AND after price was negotiated... I received four new tires, and new door panels. The car was delivered as advertised, no bad surprises. I would highly recommend them to a anyone, and I would certainly buy from them again. My only recommendation is to be patient with the process if you are an out of state buyer.
Have been looking for a C1 Corvette for many years and stumbled on Mershon’s World of Cars while searching on the internet. They had a beautiful 1961... available that had recently undergone a complete frame off restoration. I contacted the dealership and spoke with Bryan and was immediately impressed with his knowledge and honesty. After review of several photos and a video I agreed to purchase this vehicle “sight unseen” and have it delivered to NH. The paperwork went smoothly and when the vehicle arrived it was everything Bryan had represented. I have since had it seen by two knowledgeable mechanics and both were impressed with the quality of the restoration.
