My overall experience with this dealership was quite positive. No pressure, limited negotiating, and quick results. Ive purchased/leased many vehicles... in my lifetime and the car shopping/buying experience has dramatically changed. With the onset of various Internet sites, a buyer is equipped with relevant information before even arriving at the dealership. This makes the process more efficient and takes away a lot of the pain associated with buying a car. Getting back to MINI of Chicago, my salesperson Sean was respectful and kind and even traveled a great distance post purchase to provide me with a missing tow cap. Travis took time from his day to help me get familiar with my new Countryman. The only negative associated with this experience was needing to travel from a western suburb to the north side of the city ... in traffic and construction. But it was worth it in the end, and Id do it all over again.

I bought the Silver Clubman with Black and Grey interior and Automatic Transmission. The car drives with a very stable go cart feel. I happen to like... it. The steering is very responsive. The brakes are solid. Everything works. The AC, the wipers, the lights. The interior was spotless. The car had 88,523 miles on it. I was amazed at how good it looked and how well it drives. The General Manager, Kyle, discussed warranty and he said, the car was well cared for and if I kept up the maintenance, all would be well. I chose to believe him. I have been driving it for a month now. No complaints at all. If this car is well taken care of, I was told it could be driven way past the mileage it has now. My salesperson Andrea was so efficient, before I knew it we were going forward on the purchase. I was shown the car fax. Two owners who definitely took care of this car and knowing it was serviced at the Dealer, I felt better about the mileage. They knew the car and were happy to deliver it. This dealership is near where I live and I am so pleased I went to them. They really took care of me. Wally, the product specialist was patient in going over the details and answering my questions. Everyone I came in contact with put me at ease and made the purchase as effortless as possible.

I found a beautiful 2013 A$ online and inquired. This Mini dealerships' salesperson, Rene Chavez was very prompt and thorough with his online response.... All responses, phone, online, etc. were wonderfully timely and complete. When I decided, Rene walked the financing through. I live in Detroit and flew in to Chicago to buy the car. Rene picked me up, took me to the dealership, showed me the car, let me drive, then stayed with me through the process. I was out in less than 90 minutes.
