I bought the Silver Clubman with Black and Grey interior and Automatic Transmission. The car drives with a very stable go cart feel. I happen to like... it. The steering is very responsive. The brakes are solid. Everything works. The AC, the wipers, the lights. The interior was spotless. The car had 88,523 miles on it. I was amazed at how good it looked and how well it drives. The General Manager, Kyle, discussed warranty and he said, the car was well cared for and if I kept up the maintenance, all would be well. I chose to believe him. I have been driving it for a month now. No complaints at all. If this car is well taken care of, I was told it could be driven way past the mileage it has now. My salesperson Andrea was so efficient, before I knew it we were going forward on the purchase. I was shown the car fax. Two owners who definitely took care of this car and knowing it was serviced at the Dealer, I felt better about the mileage. They knew the car and were happy to deliver it. This dealership is near where I live and I am so pleased I went to them. They really took care of me. Wally, the product specialist was patient in going over the details and answering my questions. Everyone I came in contact with put me at ease and made the purchase as effortless as possible.
You can pretty much purchase the car you're looking for at any reputable dealer. But what most people from my generation ( Baby Boomers) are looking ...for is customer service. Fields Mini of Chicago gives outstanding service that's quite uncommon. My buying experience from first contact online to actual purchase was personal, professional and downright easy. I have been to several MINI dealerships to buy and service my 4 MINIs. By far, MINI of CHICAGO is leagues above the rest. The service staff is friendl...y, helpful, accommodatimg and knowledgeable. The sales team is great and make buying your car as painless as possible. I HIGHLY recommend the dealership. Buy the best car in the market from the best dealership in town.

I purchased a Mini from Mini of Chicago back in 2012. I brought it in for routine service. The Service department was super helpful and answered all m...y questions. Was I was walking out I spotted a brand new 2016 Mini that I just had to have. I started talking with Jason and he answered all my questions. I picked up my old Mini that night from service and returned the next day to purchase my new one. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. I was in and out in no time! These guys are pros and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great car and experience!
