    Friendly and patient customer service. We drove almost 2 hours to look at the used inventory and were able to find a safe and affordable option for our 16 year old daughter. We were sold the car that we wanted, at a fair market price. I would recommend Mini of Chicago to anyone looking for an excellent car buying experience!

    I have been to several MINI dealerships to buy and service my 4 MINIs. By far, MINI of CHICAGO is leagues above the rest. The service staff is friendly, helpful, accommodatimg and knowledgeable. The sales team is great and make buying your car as painless as possible. I HIGHLY recommend the dealership. Buy the best car in the market from the best dealership in town.

    I spent several weeks shopping for exactly the used MINI I wanted, and eventually the perfect one turned up at Mini of Chicago. The salespeople are friendly, low pressure and accommodating. Travis and Jung listened to my needs, negotiated on my trade-in, and made a deal I was happy with. However, the process was annoyingly slow - I spent several hours there over the course of 2 days, in part because they don't accept personal checks (hence the wait for a wire transfer), and in part I don't know why - just a lot of waiting around. (I also had to sign 3 separate forms saying 'no i don't want paint sealant'!) Nevertheless, I am pleased with the outcome and would shop there again.

    Purchased a new vehicle online with a few days until pickup. Car wasn't detailed thoroughly: pet hair on seat and center console, windows dirty on inside, part of exterior door handle assembly wasn't installed...Sales person was apologetic, supportive and easy to deal with, but those in charge of detailing vehicle should have done a better job. Vehicle should be spotless. They shouldn't wait for the customer to complain about it and only then take action.

    We live 3 hours west of downtown Chicago. My wife found these 2015 Jeep Renegade on their website. Talked to Alex a salesman and made these long trip out there. I first noticed how nice and clean the dealership was. Then how friendly everyone was that we talked to. It was a pleasant very easy car buying experience all the way through from beginning to the end. Alex listened closely to all of our question and concerns even having us test drive the vehicle with one of their tops mechanics to easy our concerns. They went above and beyond for us. I would definitely make the long drive and buy a car from them again.
