review buying a 2010 nissan altima 2.5s coupe

drove 200 miles from memphis to west plains mo to buy a 2010 nissan altima 2.5s coupe 108000 miles the vin reprt listed salvaged title with left front incident looking at car from standing view i couldnt see any indication of any damage had clay the agent have the car inspected by missouri inspector and he did they put an inspection on the window'also aske clay to have everything checked and fluids filled for the 200 mile trip home but he didnt fill the coolant and the engine overheated and the motor shut off when i was halfway across the memphis arkansas bridge but managed to coast off the bridge had to wait an hour for the motor to cool and start again other than that ben khan and clay were very nice bens the young owner is very personable clay was too i had them install the missing wiper blades dont know how they got through the inspection without the wiper blades the other thing forgot when i went to get my licence they didnt sign the title and had to get them to do that so if you buy check things out as you might be at fault too for not checking out yourself like i was

Inaccurate descriptions

I found a truck that looked good and negotiated a price over email, while asking for more detailed pictures to see if there really was no rust. The pictures looked good, so I rented a trailer, drove 3.5 hours there only to find a truck that was not clean, but quite rusty. Suspension attachments were so rusted they looked like they could fall off any minute. The truck bed supports were rusted out, which kinda precludes the use of a truck as a truck. Overall a gigantic waste of time and money for me. 8 hours of my life gone, and 150 in gas/rental fees down the drain because they cannot honestly describe a vehicle.

Cadillac

Was very pleased with the whole buying process. Ben was very kind and made me feel comfortable about the purchasing a vehicle. I chose the 09 cadillac cts...coupke eerls sfter i bought i had sone problens with the vattery and alternator, Ben got the car towed and had his mechanics repair the issues. I was thankful for him and his mechanics. They were very kibd and understanding. I would recommend them to anyone.

Professional, Ethical and Friendly

Drove 3 hours to dealership after communicating with Ben regarding the purchase of a 2013 Ford F-250 Diesel truck. I asked for a ton of information and photos regarding the vehicle and Ben was very accommodating. After arriving I was warmly greeted by the entire staff. Absolutely no pressure during the entire buying experience. Very laid back and easy going. Was given the keys to the truck and I took it out for 2 hours putting it through it's paces. There were a couple of small items that were fixed immediately. I financed thru my bank, which went off without a hitch. Drove the truck home that day and left my BMW as a trade-in. Rude and unprofessional

Very rude, checked on a vehicle 2 and talked to owner for 5 min and was done with that business. Told me my 2004 was junk and wouldn't even have it on their lot! Even though never even walked outside to see it or turn it on! Considering I was looking at a salvage title vehicle with bad repair paint job.

Felicia, you are entitled to your opinions but we strive to provide absolute honest opinions of ours to help our customer understand the deal of trading in a vehicle. Sometime it’s not what the customer like to hear. We understand the attachment people have to their vehicles. Sorry you felt that way but we never will use those kind of words. Simply put we will further more be careful how we approach about a trade value and make customers at ease. Thanks for putting in the time!!
