    We walked into the Lujack Mazda new car showroom thinking we had a fair idea of what we wanted. We had the whole place to ourselves long enough to climb in and out of several cars and confirm some ideas & come up with good questions. Tim Herrin was truly professional; totally, relaxingly, friendly; extremely knowledgeable; and helpful. He immediately understood exactly which Mazdas we were deciding between, and why. We drove exactly three cars which he selected according to our model and trim desires. One was almost definitely "the one". Tim listened intently to our concerns and clearly explained wide-ranging options. No pressure. As we collectively scratched heads we saw an entirely different car sitting on the lot, one that wasn't even on our list; it was a Kia. Wham, bam, that became "the car". No brand loyalty! No "sell what you have" pitch. Totally, "whatever makes you happy, whether one of my cars or another one." Throughout the entire selection process Tim made it explicitly clear that his primary interest, his sole (soul?) desire, was for us to be happy, whether with any car or even without any car. Thank you, Tim, for being so openly customer-oriented and conscientious. Experienced customers generally tense up when going to the Finance Manager (FM) because too many times and places, the FM has an agenda to upsell features. Michelle Woods was refreshingly different, she wanted to get the best deal she could for us. She must not be on any type of commission incentive! She actively researched possible discounts! With her expertise, intuition, and ingenuity we ended up with an incredible bargain, the kind of deal we will loudly brag about. Thank you, Michelle, for working in our favor. To any other dealer: THIS is the way to gain repeat customers.

    I never thought in a million years that I would purchase a vehicle sight unseen. Found this vehicle around 6 am online on a Sunday morning. I received an instant reply. Monday morning drove app. 1 1/2 hours to look at it. A weird situation occurred and the vehicle wasn't there. Took the words of the sales person, employees and managers at the dealership that this vehicle was in excellent condition. We received a great price on the car and the extended warranty. We took a loaner vehicle which was amazing. The vehicle was delivered to our door and if we were not completely happy the paperwork would be torn up. We found some imperfections, our sales person took the vehicle back and had everything repaired. She delivered it the second time and it brought tears to my eyes. Above and beyond is not saying enough. Zina is exceptional at what she does. Definitely would recommend this dealership and her to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Pride is outstanding and is not a found in work so much these days. It was all refreshing to myself and my husband. We were not disappointed!

    We came in wanting to test drive the Sorent. We were looking for a SUV and liked the looks of the Sorento. It was higher off the ground and had some nice features. We met Zina Rios who listened to what we were looking for & was able to help us get into the car we wanted. 5 stars to her and to Lujacks for a good expirence .

    Great Dealer! Not pushy. Answers all questions honestly. Makes you feel like they care that you get the right car for you instead of pushing you into something you might not like. I'm always, always skeptical of car dealers and I hate visiting them. Some start out nice, then turn into the evil salesman. Not my experience here. The more I visited and talked to them the more I was happy I went there instead of somewhere else.

    I just wanted to take the time to tell you how wonderful your team is at Driver's Choice / Lujacks. I recently went in to have my front breaks done. I called in stating that I was having trouble stopping and my breaks were very loud. Eddie Pena, Assisting Service Manager, asked if I could bring my car in the very next day. his exact words, "We will get you in, and check it out, right away tomorrow, to keep you safe". Now , really he didn't have to say that. I got a call back within and hour to say what they found and how much it would be. He talked to me about options after I indicated being on a budget. When he called me to tell me my car was finished, he mentioned that when they were doing the repairs, they found that something else was broken and had to be replaced. When I asked how much more it would be, he said that he spoke to his manager and they fixed it and gave it to me as good faith. needless to say I was speechless but very grateful. Its outstanding service like this that made me a lifer.
