Bought a 2015 Toyota Tundra 25,000 miles: Great experience beautiful truck and wonderful crew they have there...had a hiccup in the end, but they came around and dealt with it fairly. Would recommend these guys to anyone especially if your looking for a high end ride...These boys know their stuff!

I'm from outside Chicago, IL and I was searching nationwide for a newer Lincoln Town Car. I found Auto Collection on the internet through their advertisement of a 2008 Lincoln Town Car Signature Limited with only 90K miles. They delivered it to a place of my choosing to have it gone over. After 10+ hours on the road to pick up the car, they gave me as much time I needed to go over the car with them. There were a few things I wanted fixed (buttons to the map lights front and rear). They said, "no problem." They were very courtesy, kind and professional. Long story-- short, the car is excellent, they sent me brand new oem center front map lights unit and rear light-handle units, going beyond my expectation. When I discovered 2 days after having the car, my switch to the heated seat was bad, I called Hans and he said he send me a switch, no problem. They made my experience, purchasing a car and being so far away, a comfortable one. I never bought a car before looking at it myself first.They gave me a fantastic price, really working with me to get to whereabouts I needed to be in price. It was a real pleasure to deal with Hans and all of them who were a part of this great car buying experience. I hope to do business with them again someday and I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good honest deal. Very refreshing.

Tried to buy a truck for my son. When we entered negotiations, Hans took out his cell phone and appeared to be calling someone. After talking about the truck we were looking at purchasing, he hung up, laid the phone down and said, "I have another customer looking at this truck. He is willing to drive up from Atlanta to purchase it." I have never seen such a sales tactic used. Very unprofessional!

I was looking to buy a new car. I had looked at several dealerships in Nashville and Franklin and surrounding areas. After weeks of searching and no results, not to mention, poor customer service from all of the dealerships. A friend recommended Auto Collection of Murfreesboro. I drove to Murfreesboro and they were the kind of dealership one could only hope for. They were very nice of the bat, friendly, and honest. They provided me with great financial options too!. I highly reccomend Auto Collection of Murfreesboro. I recently purchased a car from them and drove off the lot happy and content. Hans and Fred are simply the best! :)

I purchased a 2003 Infiniti G35 a few months ago from Auto Collection of Murfreesboro for my oldest son to replace a truck I regretted purchasing for him following graduation. The guys at Auto Collection have great attitudes and put up with my shenanigans during the negotiations and car buying process. They had not completely finished detailing the car when we showed up and wanted to test drive it. They completed cleaning the car up including a few little things I wanted that most places would not have done. They were up front with all the work they had done on the car already( head gasket, struts, control arms, rotors, brake pads), additionally they replaced a headlight and then the connectors after the headlight went out again. I was concerned about what appeared to be an small oil leak, which they thought might be attributed to a gasket that had already replaced but they added a 90 day warranty that covered everything and specifically wrote in fixing any leaks. Turns out it was leaking, specifically around the rear main seal. They took it in and fixed the leak without any fuss, which is what they had promised. The car runs like a champ and we have not had any problems with it since. I would highly recommend doing business with Hans, Fred, and Shawn at Auto Collection of Murfreesboro, they were a pleasure to deal with and I will absolutely go to see them first for any future car purchases I am considering (two more teenagers in high school to buy cars for upon graduation). I purchased a used Mercedes from Auto Collection of Murfreesboro. I have to admit, I had never purchased a used car and was very distrustful of used car salesmen. But, the employees were very professional and helpful. When I met the owner Hans, my fears were immediately put to ease. He was very honest and sincere. I got a great deal on my car and I Love It!!!!! Hans even offered services for my husband's car, that wasn't even purchased there. I'm a worrier, so I called the dealership several times with questions about my car. They let me bring my car in anytime I wanted. Nothing was wrong with my vehicle, seems I just needed to read my owners manual. Lol!!! I would highly recommend this dealership. You will not be disappointed.

My husband and I purchased a truck here 4 years ago and Hans, Fred and team were a pleasure to work with. They ensured we received what we were looking for at a great price as well as accepted our previous car as a trade in. They worked with the warranty company for the necessary repairs which gave us peace of mind that we were also receiving a clean vehicle and that the person that would purchase our old car would also not experience the problems we previously had. We are still enjoying our Navigator :) Three weeks ago we got my mum a new 2015 Nissan Altima at a great price with very low mileage and included the warranty. The process was so smooth for her and us that she didn't have to lift a finger and found her new car in the garage with a red bow!! She's very happy with the car and her friends will definitely be calling Auto collections of Murfreesboro looking for a new car themselves. Great guys, great team and especially great cars!
