I never planned to buy a car from a dealership because of previous experiences, but Millennium Auto had a car that interested me. So I set up a time with Brad to visit and test drive the car. I didn't know this but Brad test drove the car the night before and noticed something with the tires, so he bought 4 new tires before I even test drove it. I like the car, the price and Brad was very low pressure, so I bought it. The next day I noticed the car had a little rust on the brake pads and made a small sound. I took it in to a mechanic and Brad offered to pay for new pads and routers to be turned, this is after I bought the car! I thought I was for sure going to have to pay for it, but he wanted me to be happy with my purchase. I plan to buy our next car there because of how personable and honest they were. I would recommend anyone to a least stop by and check out what they have to offer.

We try to have those items taken care of prior to purchase, sometimes we sell a car before the full reconditioning takes place so we make sure we take care of anything missed. We work hard to sell the best cars at the best prices. We have all the finance, warranty, and GAP products that a large Toyota or Honda dealership has, we just provide them along with the vehicle for much less, and cut out the fluff and fees that they add.

I've just bought a 2015 Toyota Camry SE from Millenium Auto Network. Randy was very helpful. I made the first visit last week when I saw the car online and I thought that there must be something wrong with the car with the price this low compared to other dealerships. When I asked Randy for a test drive, he just handed me the key and the CarFax report and told me to take the time...he didn't even ask for my driver's license..no pressure at all! I didn't buy the car that day and I took some more time searching online, visiting dealerships and comparing listings, features, and prices. I finally narrowed down my choices to two dealerships -- Bill Luke and Millenium. I came back to Millenium the second time and Randy gave me the key for another test drive. I ended up driving the car to the place where my wife works and had her tested the car. Randy is very helpful in a non-pressure way. I showed him my pre-approved financing from the credit union that I bank with and he told me that he could give me a better rate, which he did. Within a couple of hours the financing paperwork was done and I drove the car home. That night I came back with my wife for her to sign the paperwork. On the way out, my wife noticed a shrieking sound coming from the car when I turned the corner so I drove back to the dealership and Randy offered to take the car to Toyota repair shop the following day since it is still under warranty. It turned out to be a minor adjustment. What could be a stressful experience was made pleasant by Randy and Brad. I highly recommend Millenium Auto Network. Don't be discouraged by the unpaved parking lot. The facility does not look as fancy as the other dealerships but the staff and prices are honest.
