My car is 3 months old. I made an appointment for Service A and to check the AC. I dropped the car off by 10 AM one day. They said it would be over $500 for the oil change and minor work. Two days later, they had not even started the work. I told them to just return my car because it was ridiculous that it was not even started. They did nothing but return the car. Totally ridiculous.

Mercedes Loveland provides excellent service. I love the complementary service inspection. I love having that video they provide. Tristen, always provides excellent customer service. Finally, the facility is beautiful and I like that the receptionist greets you when you walk in!
