    Although we did not end up making a purchase here for other various reasons, the service here was absolutely wonderful! Salesman Jake Naasz was kind, personable,... well-informed, made us feel welcomed and comfortable with the process, brought around cars for us to look at and test drive..we felt really well-treated here. Definitely going to be recommending Motorcars of Kalamazoo to friends, co-workers, and family members.

    Went to the dealership in Kalamazoo to look at a specific used vehicle that was listed on their web site. I walked into the building, which was "under... rennovation" but there didn't seem to be even an attempt to make the space clean enough for customers to walk in. There was a gentleman sitting at a laptop in a small cubicle who remained sitting in his chair the entire time. Did not greet me at all until I approached him. He seemed exceedingly uninterested in talking to me. He didn't even offer his name when I asked. Turns out the vehicle I was interested wasn't even there, but I was told by him that it would be back in a couple hours. I gave him my contact information and was told I would receive a call so I could come back later. It's been 2 days and I have not received a call. The whole minimal experience made me feel as though I was walking into a very shady business. I will not be going back, even if they finally call me, nor do I recommend anyone visit their location.

    the guys at motorcars were great. I went in aprehensive but the guys really made me feel at ease. Got a great vehicle for cheaper than even I thought... I would. Will definetely reccomend this company to anybody I know.

    Great people they answer calls and work with whatever issues you may have. I had a few issues and they put more money into work than what it was worth... due to “making sure the customer is happy.” My brother also bought a truck there and it was great! Highly recommend you go to them for a used or newer vehicle!

    Hello me and my wife were shopping online for a BMW We found one located at motorcars of Kalamazoo. I sent a email and right away the general manager... Keith responded. He made us an appointment to test drive the car. The next day I showed up with my wife and drove the vehicle we loved it instantly the car was clean well inspected and taking care of had new tires on it new brakes on it we loved it.     To start, this car salesman doesn't have his stuff together. Called and stopped about a different car and got no response. My husband called and accidentally... made an appointment for the same car in both Kalamazoo and Lansing because it was listed at both places with different VIN #s. Luckily we went to Kalamazoo 1st where it was. After arriving it didn't have all the options listed such as remote start and a few broken items. Keith agreed to fix them, install remote start and help me get a rear interior tray that was missing. After a week they called to say car was complete but of course it still didn't have missing handle, stopped multiple times (20 minutes away) without them having parts. Took a month to get title, 2 months I'm still without a tray and he handed my husband the box with handle because he didn't have time to deal with it. Now I have to go to an actual dealer to try and get my part (because we are "still looking" but I won't pay for a new one for you), and get a 2nd key for my husband. Don't waste your time here.

    I bought a 2008 Ford Explorer. I had to change transmission within 1.5 years of purchase. meanwhile I had to do brake rotors and pad change, wheel alignment... and what not!! i have almost spent the same amount in repairs on my car, as i bought it for.

    Overall, I am very happy with my car and the price we paid for our car, I have no complaints on the car. The people at the dealer were for the most part... pleasant and professional to work with. The facility was small and humble however I would rather pay a great price on a car then walk into an over the top showroom. I did find that the VIN online was off by one number from the actual car we viewed. I'm not sure why and it was explained to us however I think it was a typo. they did provide the history report on the actual VIN. I would suggest future buyers to double check just to make sure. My only area of complaint would be on a few professional courtesy pieces. It was a very fast purchase so maybe there was little time to take care of these things but It would have made my personal experience a better one if it had been taken care of. When we picked up our car after purchase, it was cleaned (thank you)! however the gas was on E and within a couple of days after purchase, the oil change light came on. We filled the gas tank on our way home and I found that our car takes full synthetic oil so the oil change was a bit pricy but I found a deal on that as well. I would still recommend this place to friends based on the quality of the cars and the price. Keith the salesman was okay to work with. I absolutely enjoyed their Administrative assistant and the mechanic, they were a lot of fun! I think if they consider the small things (like full tank of gas and minimizing any immediate future maintenances) it would go that extra mile for a great experience.
