I made an appointment to take care of two campaigns that

I made an appointment to take care of two campaigns that were mailed to me, I heater coil problem and transmission dipstick problem, I had to wait several weeks to bring my vehicle in and I left it for a day and when I got a call to pick it up I was told that the parts had not come in for the repairs, why couldn’t someone have made me aware of this beforehand? Doesn’t anybody realize that to bring a car in that you have to get a ride home and then a ride back to pick it up, what a waste of time money, gasoline, etc.

I’ve been bringing my Dodge vehicle to Clovis Dodge for service since 2016. Very friendly staff, and excellent customer service, I have not had any issues other than some parts that were on back order, and never any issues with repairs. They are very, very helpful with car rentals when needed as well. I am 100% satisfied with Clovis Dodge

Even though I bought my Jeep GC from Clovis Jeep in 2013

Even though I bought my Jeep GC from Clovis Jeep in 2013 and have had 100% of all service done since, my recent experience was absolutely terrible and convinced me I am not a customer but a number and victim of extremely poor customer service.

Service was great,however, I had to spend approximately $500 on car rentals for warranty work. Not good as I am not rich.

I will not return to this dealership!

I will not return to this dealership! The service tec never called or texted me to give me updates. Mycar was kept one day short of a week with no rental even offered. I had to go to the service manager and the owner to get results
