I am SO sorry folks! I have offered my awful experience with these salesmen today, and I'm so angry I mistakenly mentioned Tony. I apologize! His name was MIKE, not Tony! But everything else I experienced as this car was literally ripped from my hands is correct ! I truly hope this helps you folks avoid this unethical dealership.

We are return customers because Mike (sales) and Dominique (finance) both took the time and care we needed to get into our first vehicle with them a year ago. At that visit we had 2 trade-ins that Elite gave us top dollar for compared to other offers. Unfortunately this time we didn't have a trade in because it was totaled... but Elite did not disappoint this second time around. They continued the stellar service even when our out of state bank was not following through as they should have... and once again we drove off more than happy :)

I bought a 2013 Ford Flex from Elite. There was a recall on this model and year and this summer after getting an oil change in my hometown they found out there was a recall. Elite should’ve done their due diligence and not sold this car till it was fixed. Along with some other issues they seemed to know nothing about. Very disappointed.

Great people working here. Let me test drive 4 trucks before picking which one I wanted. Found exactly the truck I was looking for and a fair price. Everything I looked at was right at the KBB book price. Don and Kenny were great even though I had an issue with the financing. Got it done and couldn't be happier.

They were helpful...efficient..fast..friendly and had a great selection of vehicles. I will definetly be back for another vehicle in the near future and would refer my friends.

Russ and candy are amazing people. My husband and I went in to look at a jeep we saw driving by. They let us test drive it with no hesitation. Once we got back from the test drive we decided to ask a few questions. Suddenly I went home with my childhood dream car. I'm blessed to have met them. Not once did they try to deter me from it. They did everything they could to help me. I would and will recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you for giving me my childhood dream.
