I had the pleasure of working with Zac Nichols to purchase my first Mercedes last weekend. Zac was professional, knowledgeable, easy to talk to and not pushy at all. I feel like I’ve known him for years when I was finished with the process. When I’m ready to upgrade in a few years, I will definitely be calling Zac.

Zac is terrific. He gets things done in a timely manner and his communication skills are superb. He’s friendly, knowledgeable, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. The dealership was the same way. I spoke with Scott who educated me about leases, and Danh Do who took care of all the financing and paper work. This was an A+ experience all the way through.

I hate shopping for cars and the negotiating that happens. I walked in the Columbia Mercedes told Zach what I currently drive, Lexus, and that I loved it but didn’t want to have to go to KC or St Louis to make a deal. He got me in a GLC 300 in both the interior and exterior color I wanted. He even let me take it home! Zach was Excellent to work and so were everyone else. I’d definitely be a repeat customer!
