My husband and I went to the dealer with full intentions of buying a truck. The owner never told us his name, basically gave us the keys to look inside... of the car and sat back at his desk. He never once came out to speak with us while we looked at the truck. We decided we wanted to test drive it but the back tires were flat and his tool to air the tires was broken. He barely spoke to us. It was very awkward. He told us to come back, to test drive the car. Needless to say, we didn't return and bought a nice Tahoe from another dealer.
Sent an inquiry through the Cars.com website. Waited five days and heard nothing. Finally called to check and was told the vehicle was sold a full week... before my inquiry. That was two weeks ago. The same vehicle is still listed for sale on Cars.com. Maybe they don't understand the concept of the website.
I inquired about a vehicle that was on Cars.com. I asked if it was still available and if they accepted trades. I never heard anything back. So I drove... up to their lot and did not see the vehicle. Still, an email back would've been appreciated.
