PLEASE AVOID USING THIS FORD DEALER FOR ANY DIAGNOSTIC WORK! My 2023 F350 Platinum Diesel wasn't turning over and a friend suspected the HP fuel pump, knowing that the CP4 pumps fail quite often on these trucks...I got the engine to turn over, drove straight to the dealer for evaluation. It took them 24 hours to come back with a cause -they said my fuel was contaminated and that they needed to replace the entire fuel system (pumps, injectors, etc.) to the tune of $15,000! Smelling a rat, I had it towed to my hometown diesel mechanic who within 30 minutes found NO sign of fuel contamination and that the fuel rail pressure regulator went bad. The regulator part was only $285! I decided to upgrade my engine with a conversion kit (replacing the CP4 pump) and drove out of the shop next day for under $4000! NEVER take your truck to Pittsville! They should be ashamed of themselves!!!

They are focused on getting five star ratings. I service techs are 5+ stars. The repeated badgering text messages for service not yet required is out of hand

Well I guess I went to the wrong dealer ship My new ford maverick high cost monthly car payment sucks and also I was told by salesman nothing on paper that I get a free first oil change then they say no I don’t I guess I should of shopped more around plus they made sure they got out of the warranty’s That would of made my car payment higher

I purchased a ford bronco raptor and the end of February

I purchased a ford bronco raptor and the end of February and have still yet to receive my registration. I have had to constantly follow up with individuals at the dealership including but not limited to the GM. While the sales process was smooth the after sales process has been a huge let down and extremely frustrating. Buyer Beware

I purchased a ford bronco raptor and the end of February and have still yet to receive my registration. I have had to constantly follow up with individuals at the dealership including but not limited to the GM. Worked with Kyle on purchasing a new F150.

Worked with Kyle on purchasing a new F150. I really appreciate his quick response to text messages and his transparent, up-front pricing. Drove about 4 hours to reach him, and passed many Ford dealerships along the way, none of which would match the deal being offered by Pittsville. Pickup went smoothly, I was in and out fast and the deal was exactly as Kyle promised. Recommended!

Called about a new car listed on the website on a

Called about a new car listed on the website on a Saturday. Liked the price and told the salesman I would drive down the following Saturday to pick it up but he offered delivery so I accepted the delivery. Signed the paperwork online that stated 14 miles were on the vehicle and when it showed up at my house 300 miles away, it had 600 miles on it. The delivery guy pointed out he wasn’t sent with any spare keys so he called the dealership and the salesman said he would mail them to me. 2 calls later I got a manager and finally got the keys sent to me. While inspecting the vehicle, I noticed the paint was bubbling on the hood, completely undisclosed before purchasing. After reaching out with no care from the sales team I had my local Ford dealer repaint the hood of a vehicle I had just taken delivery of a week prior. 2 months after purchase my temporary registration was about to run out so I called again to find nobody in sales would even take my calls anymore so I reached someone in the tag department to find out the paperwork had never been completed so, had I not called, I would have never received a license plate for the vehicle. The only constant communication I received during the entire nightmare was from a lady that called repeatedly as though I worked there even though I told her I was an unhappy customer, not an employee. Worst car experience of my life and I would recommend going anywhere else to buy a car. Never deal with Jason or Justin in sales.

Poor sales.

Your sale person was suppose to send me pricing on a F 150. After texting many times he finally sent me some prices. Unfortunately he sent me pricing for the wrong truck. I've sent numerous text that have never been answered. Called twice. Not a very good way to run a business.

Troy Purnell your the best!!!!

Awesome place with great people that will go above to get you in the ride you want. I didn’t even have to leave Seaford Troy brought me my car and paperwork to McDonald’s in seaford. I signed paperwork and left in my new car.

Great place and great salesperson! 3 vehicle in the past 4 years , our salesperson Troy Purnell has been nothing but excellence we love our new bronco. Even thou is my wife’s hahaha go check him out
