Been with Car Champs since April 2014 and have it say I only went with them and continued with them because my credit is shot and their "No Credit Che...ck" business caught my eye. The Service Department offers very poor customer service, especially when attempting to get an oil change. At times I and the Pep Boys Service Manager would be placed on hold for long periods of time or just hung up on altogether! Just for trying to obtain a purchase order for the free oil change offered through Car Champs. I recently called in to make a payment and was mind-boggled to learn that they now charge a $6.00 fee to PAY YOUR CAR PAYMENT with a customer service rep. They offered the option of paying through the automated service but failed to mention the service charges $3.00 because it is thru Western Union. Really? Charging customers to make payments when they seriously only have about 3 or 4 lots all spread apart is ridiculous! I can understand if there were more lots available which would make it more convenient for customers to pay in person to avoid the service charge but I totally get it. Totally displeased with these folks and the way they do business.

Im really bummed. Filled out an application online this morning. I was never contacted. I called every location and left messages. Oh well i guess its... not a good start. I shouldnt have to chase after people yo buy a car. Just dissapointed
Hello Rolando, You are completely right. It shouldn't be this hard to get through to a sales rep or get a call back. Just so you know, we were aware... of this issue and have fixed it. You should be able to get prequalified when you call in, and/or get a call from our rep within minutes if you filled an online application! We appreciate the review and for your input that only make our dealer better each day.
