Nelson Mazda - I love the way they do business.
What an amazing experience! This was my second time purchasing from Nelson, this time for my daughter. Tanner Hostetter, our client adviser, was very professional and knowledgeable regarding our purchase. I highly recommend him and the team at Nelson, the best place to purchase a vehicle, new or used in the greater Nashville area. We will be back again for sure.

Ouch!!!
A little pricey this time. l was charged $900 for labor, plus $135 for diagnostics ($1,035 total), and the car was only there 5 hours.

We visited Nelson Mazda shortly after the F-3 tornado...
We visited Nelson Mazda shortly after the F-3 tornado destroyed our home and a lot of our neighborhood in Mount Juliet. I owned a 2015 Mazda in Mount Juliet.. Our insurance totaled my car. I called Nelson Mazda and had the pleasure of speaking to Jordan. I explained the situation and asked if I could by to look at the new CX-9. We made an appointment with Jordan to come in that afternoon. He was so very helpful and worked with us on what we needed and able to provide a vehicle that match our wants as well as our budget. I was able to leave with a brand new 2020 CX-9 for only $50.00 more a month than my current payment. We really appreciate his willingness to help put us in a new vehicle and we will remain a customer for years to come! Mike and Barbara Shirley
