Low-key and Helpful Service

I arrived at Nelson Mazda after visiting Toyota of Cool Springs the day before and having a less-than-satisfying experience. You guys were helpful and relaxed. Ron Mayfield took me on a test drive, making sure to point out features along the way and answer questions while VJ helped figure out financing and options once we were back in the showroom. You didn't end up having the 2019 CX5 I wanted in red, but you got it for me from another dealership and I was glad to be able to complete my purchase through Nelson. I also traded in my used Rav4, and you gave me a fair price and the process was relatively painless. Thank you!

We had a multiple people helping us with the purchase process and everything worked out great. We chose a car that still had the shipping protective tape on it and they ran it through the system and got it all cleaned up for us that day.

I hesitate to recommend. I have a complicated story which I will tell you ended in my leasing a vehicle. However the lack of communication through the entire process (5 days) was exhausting. Culminating in more effort on my part to compete paperwork which was not properly generated on their end. Hopefully moving forward my service needs are met.

Best Mazda Service Department in the business!

As always, great customer service and a fair price. Three new tires put on my wife's Mazda CX-9 along with alignment, adjustment. Pete Lasalandra and his team consistenly provide a great experience which has made me a loyal (seven years and counting), returning customer!

Tim Wilson was great tHroughout the entire buying experience. He has excellent customer service skills. However, checkout was a bit too long for me to get on the road back to Ohio.
