Not a very good experience. I was speaking to a guy named Austin. He was very slow to answer my questions or gave an answer that didn't have anything to do with question I asked. He even sent me a video of the dealership parking lot. I asked for an estimate on my trade in value. He said he would have it that day (Friday). The entire weekend went buy before he contacted me. I had to reach out to him again to get the estimate which he didn't have done. He then told me the vehicle I wanted had been sold over the weekend. If we could have agreed on numbers on Friday we would have purchased the vehicle on Saturday. I felt like he didn't take me seriously. We ended up buying a new vehicle from John Heister Chevy in Fuquay. Awesome sales team and dealership.

Salesman Cameron was awesome.
Salesman Cameron was awesome. The young man knew his product, was helpful, courteous and honest. I love the truck I bought and would but 10 more from them if I could. 100% satisfied with the entire experience and hope Cameron gets to grow into doing finance as well!

Our sales person Cameron and business manager Kevin were great. They worked with us with docusign. We had a dealer tag they worked with us to get it back. We forgot our garage door opener Cameron helped us find it. If we need another car we will return here. Great service. Thank you all

This dealer sold me a lemon of a used truck that started
This dealer sold me a lemon of a used truck that started experiencing major problems from the moment I drove it off the lot. When I tried to contact them about the issues I was having they gave me the run around for two days and came up with bad excuses (like the sales person would have to fix this out of pocket) and forwarded me around to different peoples voicemails when I tried calling back. Moreover the whole process of purchasing the vehicle felt like a shake down using shady sales tactics, wasting several hours of my time over either incompetence or laziness, and dinging my credit by running unnecessary credit checks for a cash purchase. What it comes down to for me is that relationships are built on trust. As consumers we stand to lose a lot if a dealer sells us a bad car and if we are going to be in the vulnerable position of forking over tens of thousands of dollars for a vehicle, then we should be able to trust both that it is quality and that the dealership will stand by a product they sell to a reasonable extent. I gave them the benefit of the doubt at every step and trusted them to do the right thing. Ultimately they either wasted my time, lied to me, or misled me at every opportunity and refused to take ownership of a problem that I believe they should take some responsibility for. Their staff would not even give me the curtesy of calling me back to discuss the issue, and ultimately they refused to take ownership of the problem. I'm stuck with a lemon and thousands of dollars in repair bills. Don't make the mistake I did, buy from another dealer because this one is not worthy of your trust or your business.

Wanted a $15,000.
Wanted a $15,000.00 down payment WITH trade-in for a 6 year old vehicle. Claimed their banks wouldn’t finance without that ridiculous down payment. I will not do business with such a dealership.

Excellent customer service, friendly staff, and they make you feel welcome. I have been to other places where you are ignored and told inconsistencies, or they play games to get you to agree to a sale or visit. They gave me the best price on our car too! Make sure you check them out!
