I felt I should have been contacted about Car Shield

I felt I should have been contacted about Car Shield diagnosis procedure of 1 hour payment before contacting me after they reached 4 hours leaving me to pay for 3 of the hours that I wasn't aware of being billed for until after they had been done. I thought Car Shield was paying for the diagnosis part of the process.
