Stopped in to Mile High Acura to look at one of their pre owned vehicles. The part I liked most about this dealership was that they treat their pre ow
ned vehicle sales just like they would if I were buying a brand new Acura. I didn't feel pressured whatsoever. The whole process was pretty relaxing. Our salesman Randy Schmuki was knowledgeable, he listened to what we wanted, he made sure we were taken care of every step of the way he even stayed 3+ hours after his shift to see us through the whole process. If you're buying a car, go see Randy! Also, the finance manager James G. was oustanding. Best experience I've had buying a car!!!

I made an appointment with the service department at Mile High Acura for an airbag inflator recall repair. From the initial phone call through my serv
ice, I had an excellent experience. I was able to get an appointment the next day and was seen immediately upon arrival. Currently the dealership is going through a renovation and even with that, the service area was well managed. My service advisor, Dylan Bertoldo, has been great to work with. He has kept me well informed and provided me with an action plan for my vehicle. I appreciate that he hasn't tried to sell me on services I don't need. I felt that he listened to my concerns and provided solutions for noted problems found. I was also impressed that the intake employee noticed I was waiting awhile in the lobby and checked with me to make sure everything was ok. While the repair has taken awhile, there is free Wi-Fi and even cubicle desks so I have been able to get a lot of work done while waiting. I put this visit off because i was worried it would be a painful experience but overall I've been very impressed with the level of experience and customer service I have received.
