Worst dealership in the world!!!! I wish i didn’t leave them any stars. These people are theft! They take advantage of people! I purchased a f150 last... August 2017. The day we brought that truck home, it was in perfect condition...so we thought! The car was making noises a week later. We brought it back to the dealership and they said it was the rain that was making the wheel make noise...2 months later the check engine light come on...we took it back to Daytona and told them we purchase the 6 months insurance, for our luck they sold us an insurance that was good only until 159thousand miles and the car already had 160thousand miles. Mind you we purchase the truck with 154 thousand miles. Honestly now we are stuck with a xxxx truck that’s rotten! They are theives!!!
Overall a great experience with Victor! He offered great customer service and walked with us every step of the way. Some questions he had to answer more... than once but hey sometimes we must! Very patient and kind. Great experience. Would definetly buy another vehicle here.
I bought a CRV for my daughter from this place. All the cars are spotless and in very good condition. I highly recommend this dealer if you're looking... for a vehicle that is clean and in really good condition.

I say a 2004 Chevy Colorado on the website and thought it looked great and would be a goodt first vechile for my son since he just got his license. The... only thing was that it didn't have the mileage listed. So I emailed the dealership with all my questions. Yes, they did get right back to me but when I got there not only was the mileage off by alot it was a stick shift instead of an automatic as I was told it was. I drove over an hour to get to this dealship so mad doesn't even begin to tell you how I felt. The salesman didn't seem to know anything and there was only one other truck to look at which had $153,000 miles and was dented. I couldn't believe they even had it on the lot. As, I said above don't waste your time on this dealership. Their lot is very small, they don't tell you the truth and I don't want anyone else to experience what I had too.

I ...believe it was a confusion you had with this vehicles information. This vehicle was on our website as manual transmission. It also has pictures of the interior showing that it's manual transmission. Most of time what happens is customers confused dealerships with other dealerships that look familiar. I had contacted someone via email to ask about a vehicle. I was told that it had 104k miles on it. When I got to the dealer (about an hour drive) they... were closing 25 mins before they're scheduled closing time. Unprofessional. I walked up and found the vehicle I was interested in to see dents and BALD tires. A salesman came up to me, didn't introduce himself, just stood there. I introduced myself and didn't feel welcomed at all. I asked him if he could tell me a little bit about this vehicle. He said it has 154k miles and he wanted x amount of money for it. Okay. Great, I knew what the cost was because it was on their website. But 154,000 miles?! That's 50,000 more than I was originally told. Had I known that from the begining I wouldn't have wasted my time to go see this vehicle. I said it's a 2008, correct? And he said "uhh 2008 or 2006..." I have been searching for this specific truck and know that the first year jeep made a 4 door wrangler was 2007 so it obviously wasn't a 2006. The radiator looked like it had been abused ( I'm assuming it was an offroading vehicle used by its past owner). So needless to say, no one knew anything about this vehicle, they were not friendly and I would not recommend anyone to go to this "dealership". Save yourself the time. Their vehicles look great online but in person it's a disappointment!!!

We do know there will be that one day ...that one of our salesmen may lack the proper professionalism and we apologize for the treatment you received, we will look further into this matter and record this complaint to the salesman file and make the necessary corrections. I bought my 06 Is lexus from this dealer, and i can not complain. The salesman are very helpful and understandable. I've had my car for about a year and... a half and nothing has gone wrong. If i have questions i call and they help. I recommend this dealer to those looking to buy a vehicle.
