Excellent Customer Service!!!

My husband and I bought our second car at Peruzzi Mazda and we couldn't be more happy. Our salesperson was Doug Muro and he was excellent! He answered all of our questions & concerns. At Peruzzi Mazda you get what you looking for, you get awesome customer service and everyone works together to make you feel comfortable. If you want a great experience when buying a car, whether is your first car or second, don't go anywhere else but to Peruzzi Dealers. I highly recommend them! A huge thank you to Tom & Doug, you guys made us feel like part of the Peruzzi family & for that we are forever grateful. Yeida Castellano & Erik Hernandez

Grandmom's New Car

The sales representative, Doug, was very friendly & patient helping us select the car that met our requirements by explaining the options & features very well. He also was a huge help in determining the financing & leasing options. Jordan did a great job in explaining & finalizing all the contract details as well.

Professional dealership

My son went to purchase his first car and the experience was excellent. He was treated with respect. Our salesperson Geoff was the most professional, curtious and honest I as a parent have witnessed. My son left with his car having the most rewarding experience he could image. Geoff did everything to make my son happy, he was not a pushy salesman and worked within my sons budget to deliver the car we wanted

Great Car!! Wonderful Customer Service!!!

I have been buying cars since the mid-80s, and I have to say that my recent experience at Peruzzi Mazda was the best I've ever had. I recently purchased a 2016 Mazda 6, my fourth Mazda overall (two 3s and a CX-5), and from the moment I stepped foot in the building I was treated like a valued customer they were ecstatic to see return. Doug Muro is not only a knowledgeable salesman, but a terrific guy and a pretty good artist to boot. Without question ... he is the person I would send my family and friends to see if they were in the market for a new car. Jordan Haft is the new car manager/finance guy/purveyor of the Slim Jim, and he worked tirelessly to make my deal happen. Jordan too is a great guy, and someone you can trust will do all he can to give you the best deal possible. I can't thank Doug and Jordan enough for treating me the way we all wish we could be treated when buying a new car. Kudos to you Mr. Peruzzi for hiring two outstanding individuals. Oh ... and my new 6 is AWESOME!!! Frank H.

horrible experience

if I could give this dealer less then 1 star I would. Went to purchase a used vehicle, price was good, when we agreed to the deal, and were doing the paperwork, Peruzzi realized they did not have a tile to the vehicle I was purchasing, despite it being there for 3 months. We agreed a deal that they would hold until they could sort out the title issue, I was trading in a vehicle that has money owed on it, I was guaranteed nothing would happen until they fixed the title issue. 2 weeks later and not action from Peruzzi, I went to make a car payment on my current vehicle only to find out that Peruzzi paid it off without telling me, basically forcing me into taking this deal, they did this without my knowledge or permission. I was there at the end of JAN and I assume they wanted to get the sell on their books for the month. No one ever gave me a reason for this, I had to tell them they did not even own the Used Car yet I was purchasing since they had no TITLE to it, so how could they sell me a car they did not own yet, so why go ahead and pay off my car, what if I changed my mind it the 2-3 weeks it took them to sort out the title. What if i had an accident during the 2 weeks they had paid off the car, they were technically the owner of my car then, opens up insurance questions and issues. Would they still do the deal then if my current car was damaged?? The GM would not get on the phone with me, Doug never called me back. Had to wait until Frank Spalluto got back from his vacation to get an answer, and his only response was "things happen". quite honestly I felt the whole dealership thought it was funny. Still have not heard from Doug, some salesman. Frank or the dealer did nothing to make this right. I ended up having to do the deal anyway since the money part was to difficult to unravel. Drive right by this dealer and any Peruzzi dealer, since it was a different Peruzzi dealer that messed up the title issue initially. Car dealers are everywhere, find one that is ethical.

Dealer response

Mr. Moore, It is Peruzzi Mazda’s mission for all customers to have an overwhelmingly great experience purchasing any vehicle from us. We have been in business for over 35 years, and take pride in the reputation we have built over the years. We pride ourselves by being completely transparent and ethical in every transaction. We all agreed that you would purchase a car from us at the end of January, even though we disclosed then that we did not have a perfected title for the car at that time. We had discussed a timeframe to complete the purchase, and agreed that we would keep an open line of communication. We needed the cooperation of the previous owner to complete the title transfer, and that customer recently moved to another state which made that task extremely difficult. We then proceeded to call you when we had the title, to arrange the final transaction, and to take possession of your new vehicle. If we knew you were dissatisfied with the transaction at that time, we would have addressed the situation immediately. On more than one occasion we asked you if you were satisfied with your purchase, and you had stated that you were much calmer and understanding now, and all that mattered to you was how the transaction finalized. We proceeded to have you sign all your paperwork, and swiftly delivered your vehicle to you so as to not take up any more of your time. We shook hands and parted amicably. If you should have any other issues or problems, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Sincerely, Frank Spalluto - Used Car Manager

a great used car purchase experience

The entire staff at Peruzzi Mazda could not have been more friendly or accommodating! From the moment we walked in we were so nicely greeted by everyone we encountered. Our salesperson, Doug, was most knowledgable and totally committed to finding my elderly mother the perfect used car. Along with the general manager and our salesperson, they searched their inventory after asking us what were interested in seeing. Tim, the manager picked us out several cars and Doug warmed up a car and drove my Mom around to each car to look at. He helped her adjust her seat and told her about each car until she found one she liked. She didn't want to drive on Route 1 so Doug drove her to a parking lot and told her he would be more comfortable making sure she felt okay driving the car, before he sold it to her. He could not have been more kind and considerate, or more concerned about her comfort. When it came time to sign the papers we ran into a few snags with the insurance due to my Dad's passing and we had to sign my Mom up to a new policy which took so much time. Doug helped us through the enrollment and allowed us to take over his desk for hours getting everything in order. His patience meant so much as a family member had wrecked my Mom's car just after my Dad passed away, and she was encountering all kinds of difficulties, and really needed a car with so many things to do relating to his death. I have to say that we had been to two other car dealers prior to coming to Peruzzi, and did not have a good experience at either one. At Peruzzi, Doug was totally awesome, Tim the General Manager was so pleasant and so on top of things, and the man who helped us with our loan could not have been kinder. I am not sure why I didn't go to Peruzzi Mazda first because I noticed they had more nice, used cars on line when I was checking out cars on the internet. I guess I assumed if they weren't all in one place it would be harder to look at them, but Doug made it easy, and comfortable. Also I have used their service department, and they have been friendly and always repaired what needed to be done, always under the warranty, without charging us a penny. I would highly recommend them over any other dealer.
