    After numerous phone calls to other dealerships, I reached out to MB of Denver for assistance. From the moment I spoke with the first individual at MB of Denver, I had an exceptional experience. I had some concerns with my current lease and was expecting a painful experience when trying to trade in my ML350 for another vehicle. I voiced my concerns to the sales manager who made sure to connect me with Rod Lovell (a rockstar :)) who was very efficient and effective in assisting me to turn in my current leased vehicle and get a new one. I have never had a positive experience with a car dealer, in fact, in the past 8 years I have used a car broker so that I would not have to deal with a dealership. However, after my experience at MB of Denver, I am now excited to work with them for my future car needs! As a matter of fact, I also needed help with another lease (non-Mercedes) and I called Rod. He, again, was able to fairly and quickly assess my situation and present a plan to move forward - which included me being able to get out of my son's current lease and into a much better fit with MB. Next, was my experience with the Finance group. I was nervous since that process has always been very time consuming and painful. However, Lance was a great pleasure to work with and very efficient in getting our paperwork completed in a short amount of time! I cannot say enough good things about Lance. Again, I have nothing but wonderful things to say about all of the individuals I encountered at MB of Denver. I have already recommended them to friends in the market and I will continue to enthusiastically refer all friends and family! Thank you, thank you, thank you MB of Denver!

    Alyssia my service provider was excellent. Very efficient, knowledgeable and at the same time friendly and welcoming. She kept me well informed of any issues that came up during my Factory B service. Everywhere I went in the facility, I was greeted with a smile by all employees. I give Customer Service 5 stars. I rated the Quality of repairs less. I had to have a new differentiator installed. What was surprising is that for such a large facility, they did not have this part on hand. They had to order it. I left my car on Friday and did not have it returned until late Tuesday. All because they did not have the materials on hand. The facilities were extremely clean including the garage floor. However, the waiting area for customers is very spartan compared to Kuni Lexus.

    We have a 2016 custom AMG and took it to this location for service. We experienced poor customer service from the moment I called to make the appointment. Customer service continued to get worse after we dropped off the car. Poor communication with the service rep. The problem was not fixed or diagnosed properly. We would not take our car back here to be serviced for any reason. Based on our service experience we wouldn't even consider purchasing a vehicle from this location.

    My first purchase online, done through looking at various dealer sites and then choosing one that was Certified Pre-Owned. My overall experience was great! I mostly dealt online and by phone with Jack, who was excellent! They took care of everything and had the car shipped to my house in Utah. Took a little longer than I thought but not a big deal. Everything went smoothly and I would recommend them!

    The price to getcmy car serviced was outrageous and since my car is still under warenty I asked that my transmission be repaired, all they did is "re-set" it (whatever that means) and it's still doing the same thing. If I could find a less expensive place for my Benz to be serviced I would.

    I have had the best overall customer service with Mercedes Benz of Denver. I've had to have two nails removed from my tires in the past couple of months and Ernesto gets me in and out within an hour. The entire staff is courteous and friendly. My only wish is that I bought a Mercedes Benz sooner!
