Worst BMW Service Experience
By far the worst experience I have ever received at any auto service department - especially a BMW one. I have worked with Kuni Lexus and Schomp BMW in the past, but BMW of Denver Downtown is the poorest and rudest service I have ever received. My BMW was leaking oil so I took my vehicle in for service. The service advisor, Phillip Graham took a look at my car and suggested that the valve cover needed to be replaced and it'll cost me $2,224.90. I asked Phillip Graham to have the technician look at it and get back to me with the diagnosis. Typically any reputable BMW service will send me a video of the diagnosis. I never received one. I also did not receive any communication from Phillip Graham until the following evening that my car has been serviced and fixed. I had a meeting with the service manager (Robert) to complain about the poor service that I had encountered from Phillip Graham, the manager indicated this was a common practice and was defensive in his tone and mannerism. Same Phillip Graham later behaved like a petulant child in front of his manager. Neither the manager (Robert) nor the service advisor (Phillip Graham) understands customer service. As a result, I will not recommend BMW of Denver Downtown to anyone. If you're taking your vehicle to them for service, please be sure to get a quote from elsewhere. BMW of Denver Downtown service's practice is not honest nor is it reputable. Stay away if you can.

WORST BMW service ever experienced.
WORST BMW service ever experienced. Dishonest and Incompetent! While my X5 was in for an oil change, they broke my windshield in half! They admitted it happened in the shop but stated that it "must have been the weather". Complete buffoons! Steer clear from this place.
Not Trustworthy
Uncucla I spent a significant amount of time dealing with David at BMW of Denver - I was clear on my vehicle for trade-in, mileage, etc. --- we had agreed on a price difference, but then looking at numbers he had thrown in tax differential which I had been clear was not my metric. Anyway - despite this I maintained my interest -- and finally we agreed on the price differential and I got my paperwork / cleaned my care and was on my way downtown (after investing a ton of time on this trade) only to be told on my way down that someone online had put down a deposit. Honestly the entire process has been infuriating -- and the car is still listed for sale on their website. Not a trustworthy dealership at all.
Mr. UNCUCLA, I would like to thank you for your feedback. We can certainly understand the frustration of not being able to come together on terms, we too had invested quite a bit of time trying to make things work. We tried doing blind appraisals on your car to save you the 30-40 minute drive down. When we came to terms, your advisor strongly urged you to schedule an appointment as early as possible for it to be available, as we had just reduced the price on the vehicle of interest and had already had people scheduling appointments on it. Your reply was, “If it sells before then- not a problem.” Unfortunately, that is what happened. We would love to have the opportunity to do business in the future if given the opportunity. If you would like to discuss this further please contact me directly at David.Cadena@BMWofDenverDowntown.com or my direct line is 303-639-7961 David Cadena E Sales Manager
Very comfortable dealership, very large showroom and
Very comfortable dealership, very large showroom and service center. Rod was very courteous and helped us with a fast transaction on a CPO 5 series.
Crooks, buy a car literally anywhere else
Bought an Audi S4 from them that had a bad clutch and an oil leak. Took my 335xi in for an oil change and they said it had 6,000$ worth of non existent oil leaks. These guys are crooks I will go out of my way to be 100% sure Schomp hasn't even so much as looked in the general direction of the Z4 Im about to buy

Great experience
Justin Green was amazing to deal with. I was an out of state buyer and he was super responsive and went above and beyond by sending me tonnes of pictures and videos of the car and answered all my questions. He was respectful and courteous and my experience was significantly better than other BMW dealers that i was dealing with in my home state.
