Gerald & Byron was Amazing!!! Very professional and had great customer service. My experience with Nick was the very opposite; however Gerald saved the day because I was headed to another car dealership I'm so glad he did!

My GV80 has been at Genesis of Macon for 30 days, as of today they have not even diagnosed the problem! Heard more excuses than you can imagine! This is worst service I have had!

I emailed the dealership-Keith Harrell.

I emailed the dealership-Keith Harrell. He never responded so I called him regarding the Ioniq 5 Disney edition. He said he will speak with the GM and get with me and he never did. The price of the bifocals was 45000.00. Now your site shows it being 53000.00. Terrible person

Excellent Service!

I rarely take the time to review products or services; however, after my terrific experience with Five Star Hyundai of Macon Dealership, I decided to share my experience. Early this summer I started the process of looking for a vehicle. I looked online, talked to online managers, and took the time to visit several other dealerships before visiting Five Star. It quickly became a very exhausting and frustrating experience. However, once I decided to view the inventory at Five Star, and much to my surprise, the process changed when I met John Kosater, the salesman. He was charming, friendly, and more importantly, knowledgeable and worked hard to deliver a deal I could not refuse. The entire atmosphere at the dealership lacked the intense pressure I found at other places. The entire staff, Reggie Thompkins in finance, the manager, and all staff made the process easy. I would highly recommend this dealership.

The best sales & finance department!

Great experience with Rick Brett and the rest of the Five Star sales group. Can’t thank them enough for staying past closing time and helping me get into a new Tucson. Absolutely love it.
