NEGATIVE STARS!

NEGATIVE STARS!!! WORST SERVICE DEPT EVER IN THE WORLD. HAD MY CAR FOR 3 MONTHS, SHIPPED BACK TO ME IN ILLINOIS WITH SAME ISSUES IT WAS TOWED THERE FOR. THEY SAID IT WAS FIXED, BUT DROVE LESS THAN 10 MILES, BROKE DOWN AGAIN. THEY TOOK THE WHOLE ENGINE APART AND PUT BACK TOGETHER WITHOUT FIXING IT. DONT TRUST THEM!!!

There isnt a single thing you can say to change any of this. Your GM and service techs are nothing but liars. They took advantage because I am a senior and was out of state. They never put any info into system as far as who or what was done on car. Then one day mysteriously after car was repaired here in Illinois did they even acknowledge they had the car at all at Five Star. I will keep telling everyone to stay away from you!

I want to shout out the Keith Harell the best at Five Star Hyundai in Macon. My mom and I purchased new Sonata he was great to with with. Me Harell was not pushy and kept us informed at every staged if the process. The only downside is took a while however that's to be expected Will use again when I'm need off a new car

My GV80 has been at Genesis of Macon for 30 days, as of today they have not even diagnosed the problem! Heard more excuses than you can imagine! This is worst service I have had!

Posting this in hopes of sparing others the stress, awful experiences, and wasted time of dealing with this establishment. The absolute worst customer service ever experienced (from the receptionist, to the service department employees, to the service department managers, to the general manager, to the service advisors)! They are rude. They are deceitful. They are dishonest. They do not follow-through on what they say they will do. They do not answer the phone 99% of the time. They do not return phone calls. They will trick you into believing something that is not true.

They had my car for 34 days!

They had my car for 34 days! Charged me $2300. I had the car back for 10 days. It did the same thing, cutting off when stopped at traffic lights . Brought it back in. In all, 3 months without my car. Service personnel DO NOT return phone calls. An ongoing nightmare.

Worst service we have ever received.

Worst service we have ever received. 2025 Genesis towed in for Warranty work SEP 16, and still not returned as of OCT 21. Don't answer phones, no backup from either Genesis or Hyundai "customer care." Wast told many things, including it was in an accident and they were waiting to settle before fixing vehicle. GPS shows it was driven 20 miles away, a car alarm went off, and it was there overnight which the dealer denied. Allen Johnson, claiming to be new GM does not return calls. No paperwork. Loaner vehicle had no license plates

HORRIBLE customer service!

HORRIBLE customer service! Stay away!! GM, Brad Marks, called us quit a few obscene names multiple times. Derek and Dustin in service just outrite lie. They've had my Sonata for 3 MONTHS. Car broke down on trip from Florida to Illinois. Car was towed to 5-Star. They got it running but on a test drive by Derek the service Mgr it broke down again. I was told engine blown and they were waiting on approval from hyundai. Now it's a different story again. Hyundai corporate stated there was never a request for new engine. Now it's a different story again. More lies. Their way to resolve the issue is to ship car to me back in Illinois and let someone else fix it!!! Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this place and these liars and horrible GM Brad Marks if you don't want to be called names! Update: car returned to me in Illinois, drove it 10 miles and it broke down on road again exactly as originally back in June. Towed again to hyundai here by me.

I emailed the dealership-Keith Harrell. He never responded so I called him regarding the Ioniq 5 Disney edition. He said he will speak with the GM and get with me and he never did. The price of the bifocals was 45000.00. Now your site shows it being 53000.00. Terrible person
