My son had a set dollar amount to spend for a first vehicle, he wanted a truck. Don and Jody went above and beyond expectations to meet his needs. Don,... came across a 2006 Dodge Dakota that was in decent shape. The truck had not gone through the trade in process but he called and explained the vehicle to me, later me and my son went out to test drive it, from that time on, he was sold. the truck needed some work, a lot of work to be exact. Jody, the used car manager set up to have every concern I had with the vehicle taken care of, he stated that he wanted to make sure the truck was right, when my son picked it up. Once the repairs were made Don called me and I expressed some concerns that I had with the motor, I asked to take the vehicle on an extensive test drive. Needless to say the test drive exposed some other minor issues that Jody immediately had reconciled. When it came down to the time to discuss price my offer was less than the original asking price, I explained that the offer was everything that my son had available minus 500 for taxes. Jody, accepted my sons offer and provided me with an extensive list of repairs that were done to the truck. This is where Earnest comes into the picture, the time needed to complete the repairs prior to purchase was 2 weeks and a few days. During this time I would randomly show up to see for myself if the proposed repairs were being made. Not only were they made but the repairs lead to a time consuming and labor intensive process that required the replacing of every seal on the front of the motor as well as the head gasket on the driver side of the engine. Earnest patiently answered all of my questions any time that I showed up, he even took me out to the bay where the work on the truck was being done, he then showed me according to the work list he had in his hand what was being done and why. A week into owning the truck, issues came up on separate occasions regarding a miss and the crank shaft seal leaking that required separate trips back out to the dealership. Each time Earnest stood behind his work and Jody stood behind his word. Rarely do you get this kind of service, let alone when the dollar amount spent is no where near the 50 or 60 thousand dollar price tags on vehicles today. I want to say thank you to Don, Jody and Earnest for taking care of my son and understanding that to him he "WAS" spending 60,000 dollars. He literally spent everything he had for it. I can honestly say buying this truck was a good decision, where I bought it was a great one! When its time for me replace my truck, I will make this dealership, the used car lot, my first stop.

I purchased a used truck, while test driving it, I realized it was almost out of gas, decided to purchase the truck and they put less than a quarter tank... of gas in the truck, you would think if an individual had spent over $20,000 dollars with this dealership, they could at least fill the vehicle up, thanks landmark.

Bought a used vehicle, 2 years old with 20,000 miles. Selling process was very good. Three weeks after purchase, the battery went dead. Called AAA,... on Christmas, and was able to drive home. Called 12/26 I was told sale was made and when you drive off the lot, it's yours. I would suggest you buy another battery. I think this is sad after 3 weeks of purchase on a vehicle.
Great experience with Marco, he was extremely helpful and very polite. He did not pressure me at all, and made the process a really pleasant one. I purchased... a new jeep and I am very pleased with it! He took the time to go over everything on the car and did a great job explaining how all of the options worked. Its pretty sad when you go to a dealership looking at a certain car and it's priced different online. Second you get convinced to get a different car... and find out it's got lots of issues! The worst part of it is you went to get a new vehicle that you can rely on because you have a newborn and need a reliable car! The car clearly has issues and the dealership won't take it back after only having it a couple of weeks! They clearly knew it had these issues and now don't have the heart to take the car back and allow a person to get a car they feel comfortable transporting their newborn in!
