Not sure how these people stay in business.
The service department is the worst service I have ever seen or heard of from any car lot. No communication, do not provide any car while car is in the shop. Employees do not seem to know what is going on. Have never had an experience so horrible before. Would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

Poor customer service,staff was rude and threatened to have me banned from the facility because I told the 2 customers who's jaws dropped while he was yelling at me what happened. He walked from around the counter yelling and stood at arms length yelling he's calling the cops, I'm banned, never come back. Now this all started over me paying for my oil changes upfront that the owner suggested I buy. I had 4 left previously another service representative told me they would back date it to be approved. The guy said no, they won't and I just asked the guy to give me my money back I pre paid for. He told me I should of read the contract, I explained the owner said buy this plus the paint and interior care package, "the most expensive one" .ind you I had a drop of bird poop and needed a oil change was why I was there. They never honored either. These guys don't care and they cheated me out of my money but what can you do?
I could go into details but it's to much to type, I wouldn't recommend buying anything from them, they don't care about how hard you work to pay the car note just how can we get more out of you for less. Service warranties are a joke, by the time you'll need it, it'll have expired, I would recommend MOPAR for any service warranties. Getting an oil change shouldn't take 4 hours.

Unprofessional Service Dept
Kept waiting in the Service Dept for well over an hour staring at my finished vehicle that I’d brought in for a simple oil change. Everyone went to lunch and left me hanging. Unprofessional. Would not recommend.

Worst Dealership Experience ever
09/17/22 - Where do I even begin, my car shopping experience here was an absolute joke! I am one of those people who rarely ever right a review but I felt it was necessary to warn other unware potential customers. I was shopping for a new Challenger and decided to drive two hours away to purchase a car. The price of the vehicle online was listed for 37k (I'm just going to round up to keep things simple). I arrived and test drove the car and loved it and was ready to make a deal. My Salesman went away for a few minutes then came back with a paper showing several thousand dollars in fees making my final purchase price over 48k..... I was absolutely shocked and told him I am absolutely not paying that price... 10k over online price. They completely tried to rob me. After I refused my salesman went away and the sales manager came back instead this time. We talked for a few and they took my trade in back to value it. I told the sales manager I wanted to buy the car at the advertised online price. After going back and forth and him coming up with four different prices that didn't even make since he offers me the price I want. I told him to give me a moment to consult my partner for a moment alone, when I returned ready to close the deal he completely went back on what he said and told me the best he could do was 7k over what we just agreed upon. We left this place in a hurry and will never go back. Beware of this place and make it a last resort when shopping for a new car. If the director or owner of this establishment would like to give me a call I would greatly appreciate it!
Excellent service, quick oil change service, great staff. Had great service for my oil change appointment. Had me done in under thirty minutes. Great service.
