    My name is William Haney Sr.I purchased a Jeep Patriot from this dealer Mike Wingard was my sales agent, and he treated me with respect, and worked his butt off to get me finance, and he did a very good job, he got me finance and got the payments I asked for.     My husband and I drove 3.5 hours to purchase a car from here. What a terrible experience. We already had financing in order so we thought things would go pretty smoothly. The sales person was hung over from St Patrick's day celebrations and made it a point to tell us multiple times. He was not knowledgeable and when we asked him questions he became very annoyed with us. He did not enter both of our information resulting in a higher interest rate and payment. We has to call someone else over to figure out why. And then on top of that they ran our credit even though we already had financing in order. This resulted in THREE extra dings on our credit report. About half way through my husband and I decided we were fed up and ready to go elsewhere. The finance manager was great and finished the process as smoothly as possible. If not for that we would have left. Upon getting home my husband discovered a small bolt shape hole in the bumper. We didn't notice this at the dealership due to the car being dirty when we test drove it. It never crossed our mind to reinspect the car after purchasing it. We thought we were purchasing from a reputable dealer. Part of our deal included a we owe you a key. Our local dealer called and left multiple messages for payment on that after they cut the key. We could have been stuck with that expense or had to leave the car at that dealership until they paid. The dealership did not include the id/od inspection required to title the vehicle since it had an out of state title. Overall we were very disappointed and dissatisfied with our purchase. We should have followed our gut and went elsewhere. Buyers beware. It would have saved us unnecessary hassle, time, money and explaining what being hung over is to our ten year old.

    Bought a 2017 Jeep Wrangler Sahara in chief color. What I wanted wasn't available locally; dealership had to make trip to Arkansas to bring one back for me. They couldn't have been more accommodating. Dean and staff had my Jeep the very next day! (and it's a beauty). Dean was great to work with; went out of his way to find what I wanted. Dominic arranged financing and warranties; couldn't have gone smoother. Superior service from everyone--would highly recommend State Line CDJR. And I love my new Wrangler┬┐

    Signed paperwork and left with a jeep, however weeks later finance called and said they made a mistake and the paperwork would need resigned as well as an increased payment. I refuaed, so the dealership was rude, but picked up the vehicle. I wound up finding a much better deal at a different dealership.

    Walked around for 15 minutes looking at used cars. Finally settled at a used car. Salesman came out and didn't even acknowledge me and kept doing his thing. No hi or anything. Sat in front of the car I was looking at for another 10 minutes just walking around it and no one came out to even speak. Maybe they were all "busy".

    I was trying to set up a day to test drive a used truck and the dealership ended up sending the truck to the auction without notifying me. I took a day off from work to drive to this dealership(approx 4 hour drive) and the salesman never called back to confirm if the truck was still available. I ended up emailing the salesman and he told me the truck was taken to the auction to be sold. It's a good thing I didn't make that long drive because they don't care about customer service. Here's the weird thing. The truck still shows available on their website and when I suggested they update their website to show the truck as sold, it has never been done and I have been totally ignored. The truck sold approximately a month ago at the auction. I would strongly suggest staying far away from this dealership.

    My husband and I ended up at this dealership because no one else had the part needed to replace a recalled component on our 2008 Jeep. Other dealers simply said they didn't have the part and we were concerned about safety since we frequently travel cross country.It should be noted there is a major reconstruction project happening at the dealership. Things appeared a little chaotic. Since we were there my husband and I decided to browse (we had talked about when we would replace our car). At the same time Anthony was arriving at work. He did not even go into the building and politely asked us if we needed any help. He walked us over to the 2015 Jeeps that were being moved to clear way for the 2016 inventory and apologized for the dust and construction. After answering our questions he quickly got keys and let us take a look, and of course a test drive. We loved the updates and decided to let him give us some numbers. We also talked with a fellow salesperson, Eugene and eventually Jeff - the General manager. They did their best to answer all of our questions and to help us work within our budget. We were able to strike a very fair deal, especially considering the current offer 0% financing. While negotiating the deal Jeff shared that he and another person have been moved to the area to help turn the dealership around. Their goal is to make this the "GO TO" dealership! He shared that he personally enjoys Kansas City and plans to move here permanently - that's a good sign for the future of the dealership. Things began to brake down at this point. We were asked to wait while the papers were drawn up and we would be able to take the car with us. We gladly waited, and waited, and waited, and waited, and then were we not so glad. After one and a half hours we were frustrated and hungry. Apparently the finance department was to blame. We informed the dealership that we were going home and they could call us when everything was waiting. Jeff and his boss both apologized to us, offered to buy us lunch and claimed all responsibility with no excuses. When things go wrong - this is exactly how you would want to be treated - with respect. Shortly after we arrived home we received a surprise call. We were informed that our car would be delivered along with all of the paper work. Anthony, our salesperson arrived at our door and we closed the deal at home. NOW THAT IS SERVICE! While the dealership has had difficulties based on previous reviews and the presence of a 'rescue team', we would definitely recommend that you try them out as they are determined to create the kind of organization we want to do business with.
