I took the appointment for oil change a day before on the phone. When I went to get the oil change. The guy was not courteous, no greeting, just said you... need to have some routine service done which was going to cost me another $1200 more. When I asked him why I was not told this yesterday on the phone when I was making appointment, he started making excuses. When I told him that my husband is traveling and I can?t reach him, I snatched the papers from my lap and gave me the other paper which just had a oil change request and told me if I don?t get the service done and something happened to the car Maserati is not responsible. I also said as soon I talk to my husband I will call him to get the service done. He said if I don?t agree to do it now, they won?t do it later in the day. I thought dealers are suppose to help customers have their car run smooth but it seems like with them either say yes now when you are giving your car or it is not going to happen. I felt bullied by the service department. Please don?t to go to Maserati of Stevens Creek.

I purchased a used Maserati here partially due to the 90 day Automation warranty they provide. It turns out this warranty turns out to be a bit of a scam.... They charge you high rates to diagnose the issue ($760 in my case) and then the warranty company comes up with various reasons not to cover the issue (we cover door actuators, not door latches, etc.) Then they charge you large fees to complete the repairs. Customer service is poor overall as well. I would avoid.

My experience as Maserati of Stevens Creek, was great. I am very happy with my new 2017 Maserati Ghibli that I am now leasing. They have some excellent... lease specials available that are very reasonably priced. If you have ever thought of owning and/or leasing a Maserati now is your chance! If you're in the market for a new luxury car don't think that think that purchasing a Maserati is out of reach. Their finance department worked with me and got me a great deal.
