Richard Hertzburg helped me to have an amazing experience at this dealership today. Super friendly service and ZERO "pusheyness" with their sales. He treated... me like a human and not a number. They made a fair deal with me for a used car and it took a very reasonable amount of time to get the paperwork closed out. I will likely be back.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback with us! We work hard to make sure our guests have an amazing experience. We will share ...your comments with Richard and our team and we look forward to working with you again down the road. Sincerely, Justin Gonzales - General Manager, (877) 385-0885
Very quick. Did what they said they would do. Communication excellent
Thank you for taking the time to write this review. Our highest priority is satisfying our guests and we are delighted to know that our team made sure... your concern was addressed properly. We look forward to working with you again and if there are other things you need assistance with, do not hesitate to contact us. Best, Nicole McCracken - Service Manager
They lied about pricing. They lied about trade in value. They’re just a bunch of liars. They told me my trade in was worth 14k and promptly put for sale... on their website for 22k. I had almost instant buyer’s remorse. Got totally screwed. To top it off, they didn’t pay off our trade in, and now our credit rating is in danger. These xxxxxxxx are borderline criminal on how they conduct business.
Our sales rep Aga was phenomenal! Smooth, easy experience! Always prompt!
Service advisor provided excellent service and communicated all items very professionally
I came to the dealership looking for a specific car I saw on cars.com. When I got to the dealership the car wasnt there and I looked at another car. I... didnt feel any pressure about looking at the other car or purchasing it.
Brought a Silverado in for servicing and got it back with a busted steering wheel and items stolen. AV Chevy refuses to take any responsibility for it.... This is no way to treat anyone. Absolutely disgusting!!!
Coming from Long Beach to drive up to AV Chevy was a bit far but they're prices, selection and customer service sets them apart. From the beginning to... get an out the door price over the phone was nice and easy and my sales guy Chris M. was up front after I told him where I was coming from. Didn't take long after we arrived and decided to make it all happen. Only thing that kinda got me discourage was the included accessories that I didn't want to begin with. This wasn't the first dealership I went to that was doing this. I guess just another tactic to get more sales out of the customer. Included was an alarm for $795 that needed to get activated, a door edge guard for $299 and a tonneau cover for $1895. They kindly took the tonneau cover price off and somehow my wife agreed to the other 2. Call me a sucker but I said write it up. Finance was awesome and quick. I had a little hiccup with terms but I had to come back days later anyways to uninstall my tonneau cover off. But it was all straightened out due to there Sales/finance manager (Jack Oh). You ROCK bro. No wonder why you're in your position. Well deserved man. Keep doing great work! It starts from the top and trickle all the way down to your last person. Thanks AV people. 2018 Chevy Silverado High Country.
I had Joey Gonzales as my service advisor and he took very good care my truck and gave me all information that I needed
Last week (4/5/2018) I contacted the dealership in regards to a vehicle I was interested in. I was working directly with Leo. My first interaction was... on Thursday afternoon. I received a price quote and pictures of the vehicle I was interested in quickly. We agreed on a price so I received approval for a loan from my local credit union. Friday (4/6/2018) rolls around and I speak with Leo, letting him know I live a 4 hour drive away and that I've been approved by my bank and that I'll be there on Saturday around noon. He then stated he'll get everything taken care of and the vehicle ready for me on Saturday. He also suggested that I apply with them as well to see if they can beat my local credit unions interest rate. Which I submit an application for in preparation for Saturday. Saturday (4/7/2018) comes around and I leave my house in the morning (7:00AM) to Lancaster. Around 9:40AM I notice a text from Leo that they sold the Vehicle the previous night! A few text exchanges and a phone call later, they offer another vehicle that is similar to the one I want, but different color/options/mileage/price. Since this is not what I was looking for I declined. He then stated he would check his inventory and asked me to hold on for a bit. It is around 10:30AM now. Around 11:30AM I still did not hear back from Leo. I texted him and asked if he has had a chance to check his inventory yet. I received a text back saying he would follow up in a bit and check with his sales manager. That was the last I heard from Leo. Sunday (4/8/2018) I receive a call from Jessica about my loan application. I explain to her the situation and she apologizes and takes the info of what I'm looking for and says she'll pass it along to the sales managers who are the ones who purchase the vehicles. Also I'd get a call Tuesday morning from the sales manager of Leo. She was very professional and gave me relief that I would be helped. Tuesday (4/10/2018) I did not receive a call. I called in and spoke with Leo's Sales Manager. He stated they did not have anything in that matched what I was looking for and that he could not help me. I asked about why they sold the vehicle and he said they have a no hold policy I then asked why wouldn't they of told me the day before instead of me driving for 6 hours, plus sitting around for another 2 hours, running my credit when it didn't need to be, and putting unnecessary mileage on my vehicle? He stated he was sorry about that but there is nothing he can do to help. I requested that I would like to speak with his manager or possibly someone at their corporate office. He stated that they are a family business. I then asked isn't it a franchise still? he then hung up on me. So I had to call back and leave a message to be called back by the General Manager of the dealership. I have yet to receive a call... I was initially very upset about this, and the lack of professionalism that came from the dealership from their sales team. However on Sunday when I spoke with Jessica, I felt that they were going to make things right where they fell short. Jessica assured me that she would let the Sales Managers know. However after speaking with the sales manager again it was the same thing on Saturday, no professionalism and flat out rude. I would reconsider using this dealership, since they seem not to care to much about their customers and just about pushing vehicles. I'm hoping to hear back from the General Manager, sooner than later. If not I'll pretty much write this dealership off... tl;dr: Wasted 8+hours of my day traveling to purchase a vehicle that we had a deal on, unnecessary miles on my vehicle, unnecessary credit report ran, the Sales People (Leo), and his Sales Manager were unprofessional and rude. I do not recommend this dealership!
